The food was good, but the service wasn't as good as the first time we visited. Had to shout and wave to get servers' attention, and still didn't get everything we asked for. Usually, it's great service and food, though.
Have been going here for multiple years now and I can honestly say not once have I had a bad experience. Food has always tasted Good and always came out warm. Staff has always been great but you’re in extra luck if your server is Charles, we have gotten him multiple times now and he is hands down the best server I have ever had at any restaurant. Every time he’s always in a great mood accompanied with good jokes and always makes sure you have refills / food is to your satisfaction....
First time here, and I can tell you the staff are on point. Greeted immediately, the servers are knowledgeable and super friendly and attentive. As a multi unit leader in the restaurant industry, I'm almost jealous. Then the food comes out, high quality, great presentation, generous portions with a fair price.. this team has it all going on. Great job and keep up the amazing work ?
