Went to this location after a long day of volleyball. I have been here before and did not have the greatest experiences my daughter wanted wings so I decided to give it a try again. Customer service of the host was lacking just as we entered the door but I get it some people are just not cut out for the service industry. Once we sat down, we were greeted promptly and ordered drinks. Drinks came out a short time later. My party of 3 all ordered our food at the same time. Two orders of mild bone out wings, two orders of fries and a side salad. Our food that we ordered at the same time came out 1 by 1. First the fries, then 1 order of wings, then another order of fries and then the side salad (all items were cold). By the time the last order of wings came out everyone had already ate what they had ordered and I was still there waiting to even receive my wings. Server was no where to be found, drinks were never refilled or even offered to be refilled, empty trays were not pre-bussed. It was a horrible experience and I will not be returning. To this establishment: I get that customer service is not always up to par but at the bare minimum the food should all come out a once and NOT IN SHIFTS. Do better!

I'm extremely disappointed! We ordered 3 appetizers, and our food came out first! Our waitress STILL brought the appetizers out EVEN after we told her to cancel them since we had our food! THEN our food not only took forever and a day to come out (not to mention there were only about 15 guests TOTAL in the restaurant) BUT IT WAS WRONG!

I do not recommend eating here! Service was slow, food was wrong, and it didn't appear they were short staffed to be able to justify the MESS UPs!!!

The service at the Rock Road location, Wichita Kansas is very poor. The wait time is extremely long. The hostess was not hospitable. They reported being busy, yet staff was standing around chatting. I would not recommend this location.

Given this place two honest tries on the last year. First time, dine in was closed for some reason. Second, maybe 20 people in the restraunt. No sweet or unsweet tea, slow service, my wife got her food and ate it before I got mine and both of our dishes were cold. Never got refills, and I politely asked two times for a fork and went to the bar to finally get one.

Just don't bother. Go to a different location this one really is not worth it.

This has got to be the worst BWW in the entire country. Not only did it take forever to get my food but it was COLD. They told me they were short a cook, okay?? That’s an excuse to serve disgusting food? My girls wings were also cold but she doesn’t complain so she accepted them, they took my order off the bill but still charged for the wings. I didn’t have them remake my food because I didn’t feel like sitting around for another 30 minutes for a mediocre burger. Server was also awful, I had to ask for more water & napkins. They should’ve comped my entire bill honestly for the inconvenience I was so pissed off but I didn’t want to cause a scene so I let it go. This place is an absolute dumpster fire. Avoid this location folks

Spent 200 bucks on crap food.. manager told us it was because the dry rubs leave the chicken dry? We had 60 wings, only 15 were dry rub. The wet wings were just the same, chicken jerky with sauce on it. Dry dry dry, sauced up turds. Tasted like they sat under a lamp for 2 days and they fried them twice more. I wouldn't feed them to a dog. Now headed to top golf where the wings are done better than a place that specializes in wings.

Terrible service. A server who wasn't waiting on us took the majority of my family's food even though we were not done with the meal. Said server lied to the manager about us being done with the food. The manager came out and lied to us about the situation, siding with the server that we had finished our food even though more than half of it was still not eaten. We eventually managed to get our point of view across after some discussion and the manager gave us a discount on the meal. What a headache!

My boyfriend and I ate here tonight and I was highly disappointed with the dishonesty from their staff. I had some food made really strange and they explained why and I said it was no biggie. They kept offering to replace it and I said it’s fine I’m good since I was full anyways, then the “manager” came to ask me if I wanted it remade and I said no again and that my other ones were fine and I’d eat those. Then he proceeded to take all of my food off the table and leave so then I had nothing. Then the actual manager came to us, that’s when I realized the last person wasn’t the manager and lied to us and to top it off they told their manager I ate “80%” of my food and asked for a refund. Which I never did either of those. How embarrassing. The actual manager was nice and took $12 off our ticket but I was so annoyed and embarrassed we just wanted to get out of there, it was never about the money. I’m only leaving this review because I wanted someone to know how embarrassing that was and that everyone around us was listening and we were mortified. I genuinely didn’t care about half my wings being made weird, we just wanted to leave the awkward situation lol

Came in in the afternoon on a Saturday. Sat at the bar, sat for 20 minutes and nobody came up to ask me for anything! No drinks, no menu, nothing. Almost left but really wanted my food, so I went back up to the front and asked for a table. Got seated near the bar, waited 5 minutes for the bar tender to ask me about a drink. Took 5 minutes at a table but over 20 at the bar?

Food was good and tasty, the service at the table was alright, not great, but not bad.

After I left the bar 2 other people sat at the bar and got service within 10 minutes. Wo maybe it was just me.
