Burger King in Wichita

“Its near hubby's work so its quick and cheap. However watch your receipts. My hubby gets their meal deal for 2.99 but they seem to always charge a different sales tax- the sales tax should never change. Not worth arguing over .25 cents but just an fyi.“

“Today I wne into the drive thru with 3 other cars. I don't blame drive thru but had to go inside for my order. These guys are fast and can handle bk needs. As a customer thank you for doing a good job. Don't feel bad. :) things got mixed up but this might be one of wichitas best burger kings. I got it my way.“

“Dont usually go to Burger King, but the place we went to late night ended up being closed contrary to what Google maps said, so we ended up choosing this burger king location instead. Usually, service that late at night is very poor, we have found this out as we are late night diners due to me and my girls work schedule. But the man answering the drive through was very kind and attentive, a nice change of pace for 1 am service. I usually am not a huge burger king fan, but the food we received was actually delicious and fresh. I definitely would come back here for a late night meal. Even received an extra complimentary ice cream cone, which was very delicious lol“

“I 💙 this location. Their food is always fresh plus they have the best employees. Donnie is my favorite, he's friendly, fast, and has great customer service. It's why I started going to this location more even tho there are 2 closer to my house.“

“Such an amazing experience with the crew working 9/9/25 at 9:30pm. We did a mobile order and had to wait because we ordered 10 tacos. Yes tacos at Burger King. If you’ve had Jack in The Box tacos then you know why I did this. We moved from Texas and miss Jack tacos so much. This is the closest that comes to them! The staff was very friendly and our order was correct all the way. We even asked for extra napkins and ranch and she was so friendly about it. (We’ve had some pretty bad experiences at other establishments). She offered crowns for our 2 kids and gave us mini ice cream cones for them as well (part of their promotions) Our little family of 4 enjoyed our late night diner thanks to the great service we received. We will definitely stick to this location only going forward. !“

“Customer relations was good, they messed up the order a little, put 2 orders of Medium size fries rather than one small fry and a cheddar fries, and our burgers the meat was cold. They were nice and apologetic, there were 3 people behind the counter and my friend and I were the only patrons.“

“Who hired these people? My experience today started by seeing the manager walking an elderly customer out while saying “it’s a great day to come to Burger King”. After that we walked into order and was met with some of the best customer service. On top of that, the place is ALWAYS clean! This is my favorite one to come to for that reason because the play place is one of the last standing. Don’t know if it’s because it’s Friday or what, but something good is in the air over here. “I stopped at the drive thru around 6:30 pm on September 18, 2025. As soon as I pulled up, Martin greeted me and apologized saying it was going to be a long wait because there were two large families that had walked in and they were short staffed. I ordered the crispy onion whopper meal. When I got to the window to pay, Martin apologized again for the wait, even though it was less than five minutes. I wasn't mad. My food was hot and delicious.“

“I was the third car in line and the drive through took 20 minutes, so by the time I got to the window I was a little impatient. They offered me a complimentary drink while I was waiting which I thought was really nice. I thought they got my order wrong so I went into the store, but then they showed me that they made my order the way it came in on the screen. At first I thought it was an issue with the app since it was my first time ordering on there, but later on I realized that it was most likely user error. They probably already knew it was user error, but instead of blaming me they were so nice and remade my food anyway. I didn’t catch the manager’s name but he was very kind. Especially given the circumstances of having to remake my food when they were already swamped. I felt that he deserved a good review. Also the food was good as always!“

“This is my local Burger King and great heavens is it amazing! The line was very long but it was the only place open on Christmas Day. The cashier in the drive thru was the kindest man I have met at 10:30 in the night. The food was nice and fresh!“
