Pulled into what is advertised as a 24-hour drive-thru but was told I could only make a mobile order and the person talking to me on the drive-thru would not take my order. Then she told me to leave the drive-thru because her drive-thru is "timed". If you don't want my business I will go somewhere else. Will not come back

My daughter was hungry and wanted to play as well. We found one of the only places that’s still has a playground. Walked in no one else in the store customer wise. Went to order food of the showed menu and was politely informed it was still breakfast. I pointed out the menu and he apologized and offered to make what ever we wanted. We placed our order, it came out quick and my daughter had a blast on the playground even beating me at tic tac toe lol. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed I guarantee

Normally I don't leave bad reviews, but last night was ridiculous. We went through the drive-thru since it was around 10 PM (Google states they're open 24 hours). As soon as we pull up, the employee snapped "I'm only taking mobile orders." So, we put in a mobile order --immediately followed up with a "Did you just put in a mobile order?"
When we confirmed we had, we were told to pull up to the window. Maybe about 5 minutes after, the employee opened the window and told us we had lied about being "Melanie" and we were going to have to wait for our food. She never said anything about a Melanie when she told us to pull up, so we weren't sure what that was about...took around 15 minutes to get our food after that with one car stuck behind us.
Basically -- this location sucks.

Horrendous experience. The guy taking orders was very rude. You could hear him screaming, cussing, and being completely obnoxious from outside of the building in the drive thru. Every time a car pulled up to order after us, he would start yelling again, and the other staff members at the 2nd window were laughing and un-phased by the screaming dudes behavior. Our food wasn't terrible, but the drinks were served warm with no ice.

Husband stood in drive-through line for 27 minutes. Food was cold fries were rubbery. I did not get full order Did not give us a receipt. Poor service will never be back

I went there just at burger king East Kellogg no cars except one. Bad bad service never never again!! I waited be with you soon 30 before closing another words not happening LOL Management owner should close down now not worth it. You can't even fix the driveway that's had a hole in it for years. Seriously close it down!!!?!

better staff recently. Much much better, have common sense. People are starting to know the difference between a girl and a guy! Really good job! I know that WAS difficult. Definitely 5 stars though
