Food does not look like that advertised. Not busy when I arrived to get Food I ordered ahead. Food was not ready yet when I got it the fries were hot and the burger not.

Tried to use my gift card but no one knew how to type it on. Says right on it that it needs typed in and also what to do if you don't know how. So I couldn't use the fantastic family bundle coupon because I had to download the gift card to my app and you can't use the coupons for online orders. So I had to spend more and not get what I would've otherwise ordered. They were very nice but someone should have known how to redeem the gift card for in store orders. The fries were cold, and the original chicken sandwiches were terrible. That's why I gave it a middle of the road rating. We probably should have gone to a different location. Paid $73. Not worth it at all.
Dietary restrictions: They provided buns without seeds for 2 of the burgers for our kids that won't eat seeds.

Another horrible place both of the women managers are unprofessional. Nasty attitudes. Treat the costumer's & employee's horrible. There are children inside the back where the food is being made. Save your money don't go there & don't work there. I will personally be reporting them to corporate over information regarding this business!!! I noticed all the negative reviews & no change.. let's see what the BBB has to say.

Ordered lunch with my fiance at this location and ended up getting sick after words because the food was very cold and the pop machine didn't have ice and the pop was flat yeah yeah don't come at me because we at cold food because We both was hungry and we had to get back to work. On top of that the meat and buns was dry only thing that was hot was the cheesy tots. We won't be going to any Burger King in Wichita for awhile especially this location we will not be going back. We also called them to complain and the manager would not give me the phone number to corporate and refused to give the phone number. Yada yada she was a rude matter of fact. O Stars

Not gonna lie got here shortly after 11am on. Friday The person who took my order and gave me my food was very nice But I only live less than 5 mins from the store and my whopper meat was old and dried out So I am confused on that Fries was hot But as much as this cost me along with dried out whopper meat I won't return Sorry but at 11am it should be fresh
I’ve been in the drive thru for over 30 min’s w/only 2 cars in front of me! Absolutely ridiculous! And Nooo apology.

If I could write zero reviews I would I just went to this location and they had a drunk worker that was stumbling and couldn’t get the order right and then once I received my over the food was very disgusting and the coke (drink) taste very horrible 0/10 do not recommend

Got charged $19 for a receipt that shows only $12. Given wrong items, food was ice cold, and upcharged for something I didnt get.. Super disappointed
