This was yesterday, I did an online order, went to bk to pick up said order, and I gave the name and # and they proceeded to argue with me about how they didn't receive an order from my girlfriends name or order number. She called when I came back and asked them why they said her order didn't exist. They backpedaled and denied I told them her name. She told them to stop lying and went and was able to get my food. This bk is awful for not packing the right food, I am constantly having to go back because they forgot something. This bk is terrible. There are only a couple of good people there and they work in the afternoon and are females. One in particular who is a 5 star employee I wish I knew her name but she is a younger (20s or early 30s) Hispanic woman. Really nice, always gets my orders right, she is awesome!

All of my food was made incorrectly as well as burnt and my fries were old and cold and i asked for 1 regular and 1 spicy mozzarella sticks but got 2 spicy and i ordered 1 regular and 1 spicy but got 2 spicy chicken fries as well and my wraps were made incorrectly and when i went back to the window it took forever for them to answer for me to be able to make a complaint and when they answered they said they dropped fresh mozzarella sticks and fries and had me pull up to the door to wait definitely will not be coming back

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
Its near hubby's work so its quick and cheap. However watch your receipts. My hubby gets their meal deal for 2.99 but they seem to always charge a different sales tax- the sales tax should never change. Not worth arguing over .25 cents but just an fyi.

The only thing with this places is thay are rude to thare customers and when I ask for some free coffee creamer s and suger thay said no unless you pay for it I am a dierbetic and thay denied us that after being good

The people in front of me waited 25 minutes I waited a while no one would take our orders. They were under staffed. They could of still greeted us an explained. I was on break no time for all that. Place needs to do better. Spangles is the better option.
