They always messing up orders. But they wrong for serving me this burger. Bun was squished. I should been have gave them a bad review for messing up my order so many times SMH this ridiculous when ppl say no ketchup that means no ketchup or whatever else they take off. Don't make any sense we have to go back up to the restaurant again in the cold to have them correct the order. Its Simple pay attention to the order.

The area this restaurant is located in is a bit sketchy, But the building is upkept very well. The food is always consistently Hot and fresh and very good tasting and the staff are always very kind and accommodating.

This was yesterday, I did an online order, went to bk to pick up said order, and I gave the name and # and they proceeded to argue with me about how they didn't receive an order from my girlfriends name or order number. She called when I came back and asked them why they said her order didn't exist. They backpedaled and denied I told them her name. She told them to stop lying and went and was able to get my food. This bk is awful for not packing the right food, I am constantly having to go back because they forgot something. This bk is terrible. There are only a couple of good people there and they work in the afternoon and are females. One in particular who is a 5 star employee I wish I knew her name but she is a younger (20s or early 30s) Hispanic woman. Really nice, always gets my orders right, she is awesome!

All of my food was made incorrectly as well as burnt and my fries were old and cold and i asked for 1 regular and 1 spicy mozzarella sticks but got 2 spicy and i ordered 1 regular and 1 spicy but got 2 spicy chicken fries as well and my wraps were made incorrectly and when i went back to the window it took forever for them to answer for me to be able to make a complaint and when they answered they said they dropped fresh mozzarella sticks and fries and had me pull up to the door to wait definitely will not be coming back
