waited 15 minutes in drive thru just to be told the speaker on their side is broken and I need to pull up to window but by then I'm hostage in drive thru you can't exit. seems like they want the business to fail. place historically is crappy but they are getting worse. imagine what the business would do with proper management and higher pay. would at minimum triple it's client volume. I think this will be the last time I go to burger King in wichita. the one on Oliver and central right now but the one on harry is trash too

Since day one of us working there the 1st week my sister was getting bullied. Tonight my sister picked up a freshly dead mouse off the lobby floor. Meaning employees ain't doing they job. If you are cool with working with fake snakes. This is the job for you. Managers literally lie on yo name. And Valerie don't give af. About my sister being bullied. I give this store no stars they can go to hell!

Horrible experience. Pull up, says go to the first window. I do so, i wait 15 minutes. No body shows up. Pull to the second window. Wait 30 minutes. No body shows up. I try to go inside, locked. Dont come here. Management will treat you horribly, crew staff will treat you as you dont matter and you get in their way. Let this burger king drown in failure

Food for Burger King was good. Service was nice but, loud in the kitchen. Kind of slow, for the lack of customers. Everything was sticky. Floor was sticky. Ketchup packages were sticky. Chairs seem dusty.

We came to the 24 hour burgers on woodland tonight but I was told that they were close for mantis, so I waited 10 min and pulled back around and was told the same thing and when I asked how long it would take, the man said we are close because they just had a big rush and they need a brake for Maybe an hour, i work fast food as well and I’ve never hear of this before, who’s ever in charge and is encouraging this kind of work mentality should be looked at
