This location is horrible we ordered online when got their they said their ice cream machine was down asked if they could replace the 5 dollar shake we ordered with something else was told we don't due that asked for refund on the shake was also told we can't due that then when asked for manager was told their was not one in the store then the lady pretty much threw the bag out the window and slammed the window and walked off leaving me their wondering what the heck was going on

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever experienced at a fast food establishment. We stopped to eat here after church, to dine in, on 12/8/2024, at 12:00 noon. We walked in, one person ahead of us that had already ordered. We walk up to order, and... nothing. No acknowledging that we were even there by the employee and manager. Both saw us, in fact the drive thru guy walked up right in front of us, to give away the order for the guy who was ahead of us when we came in. No, "we will be right with you". Nothing. We waited literally 10 minutes for ANYONE to take our order. We decided they must be doing so well they don't need our money, and left. We won't be returning. Corporate needs to take a serious look at replacing the management there.

This is my local Burger King and great heavens is it amazing! The line was very long but it was the only place open on Christmas Day. The cashier in the drive thru was the kindest man I have met at 10:30 in the night. The food was nice and fresh!

we had lunch for 2. we bought 4 large fries 4 burgers 2 drinks " fountain drinks" for less than $13.00 it was a good deal The food is delicious hot and a good amount of fries These are fries they really have potato We went back the next day for breakfast.
