The food was perfect & we adored Gregory. He was funny & attentive. We will definitely ask for him when we come back in!

Trying to go with new things and keep an open mind, we unfortunately ignored the reviews regarding service at Carlos O’Kelly’s. We waited an extraordinary amount of time for someone to take our drink order, to the point we almost left. Another waiter, not ours, noticed we hadn’t been helped and took our drink order. The restaurant was not busy. Finally, our waiter brought our drinks, and asked if we were ready to order. We made the mistake of saying we needed another moment, because our Littles were undecided and such. After a bit, he finally came back to take our order. During the whole time, it was a drawn out process just to get drink refills. When our food came out the order was wrong and it took him twice before he finally corrected it.

Ashley took great care of our table of 6. The food was good. Didn't have to wait for a seat at 6PM on a Saturday night. Thank you!

Never have I had my waiter answer a phone in the middle of us ordering but this Carlos gave me a new story of bad waiters to tell. Thank you

I haven't been in years, portion seemed to be half what they use to be. And they way it was made changed some.

Parking: Parking lot is small but was to busy to not find a place

I'm not going to claim to be an expert in Hispanic cuisine or fine dining. I will claim to be an expert in leftovers. They hella gave me yesterday's quesadilla. I can barely tell the difference between the chips or that tortilla. My order was ready fast AF tho.

Our waiter was not good at all. After seated by host we waited 20 minutes just for our waiter to pass by and apologize and keep going. Waited another 10 minutes to order water and drinks and appetizers. Finally got water and chips and salsa. Had to flag down another waitress and ask her to bring our drink which we're just sitting at the bar for over 10 minutes. Food was ok, ordered all appetizers and they came out separately. Not sure if I'll go back

We were going to eat here but we were told to wait a few minutes. Then after a while another group came in and were seated right away. I like Carlos O'Kellys but we left and went to Red Robbin instead and got great service there. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location!

The food was great as always. This time the service wasn't good like it usually is. Has a waitress with a not very good attitude and kept making excuses for why stuff was slow because of other people. Don't think she even smiled once. I understand having a bad day. But come on. Fake it till you make it sometimes.

This place is awful. The service was terrible. The food tastes like a frozen oven meal. 3 out of 5 ordered meals were wrong. Took 20 minutes to get the check from the waitress and another 10 to get payment receipt back.
