It was filthy, there were flies, the service was meh, and our food was inedible. The chips and salsa were fine.

Waitress was very good. Polite and pleasant. My wife's food was wonderful, the chili chicken street tacos. My food was decent, but slightly overcooked, fajita cheese crisp.

Our server was either new or not trained well. She didn't get the drinks correct and we asked 5 times for silverware before we finally got some and that was after we got our food that we couldn't eat because we had no silverware. We even asked the other servers for silverware and they ignored us. Then our server put in the wrong order for my husband's order and tried to tell him that's what he ordered and just sat the food in front of him and tried to walk off. So my husband had to wait another 15 minutes for food.

Tried to get seated tonight, the hostess never came back. Gave up after 8 minutes of waiting. Maybe they were short handed. I’ll never know if the food was good or not.

The food was a bit manufactured and disappointing. The staff was excellent and helpful. It is a nice building, but they could add some TVs around the restaurant, not just the bar.

Chips seemed stale, or just tasted funny. Good wasn't quite as good as I've had before. I've been to Carlos O'Kelly's many times, usually at a different location. This is the first time I can remember that it wasn't a good experience. Maybe it was just an off night, or a bad batch of chips.

Carlos O’Kelley’s East Wichita was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Our server, Kylie, had a terrible attitude and treated us with complete disrespect. To make matters worse, the men’s restroom floor had pee all over it — absolutely disgusting.

When we spoke to the manager about both the service and the restroom, she was just as disrespectful. Instead of addressing the problem, she accused us of being rude to the server and even tried to justify Kylie’s behavior because she couldn’t figure out how to split our check properly.

This restaurant clearly suffers from poor management, unprofessional staff, and a lack of cleanliness. I will never be coming back, and I strongly suggest others avoid wasting their time here. Carlos O’Kelley’s East Wichita desperately needs a full revamp and new leadership.

We went there took like 30 minutes to get seated. It was pretty Fine at the start the cheese was disgusting. and they gave us a kids drink that was spicy. We had no attitude and she started the waitress getting an attitude. We ignored it though, and when we spit the bill, she did it wrong. we politely ask her to fix it. She snatched the ticket out of our hand and with an attitude voice saying fine. I do it with a mean, look on her face. The manager said that we was rude, even though we wasn’t it was a group of 10, but that doesn’t give them an excuse to be rude. With all that we had to pay for the entire meal I do not recommend this restaurant!

Good food, good service. The food is not much different than any other mexican franchise, but it wasn't bad at all. The salsa was excellent.

Hostess Rude- she forced me to sit at the Bar... Bartender did an excellent job on handling everything.. chips they were okay- Not the greatest... the food was just okay

Love the food. I put a beef enchilada plus black beans and fajita veggies together. With plenty of salsa on top. Highly recommend!

The food was perfect & we adored Gregory. He was funny & attentive. We will definitely ask for him when we come back in!
