Ordered my favorite enchiladas to go, and was told it would be ready in 25 min. So I go in 30 min later and waited to even be acknowledged. Finally after telling the server that I was there to pick up my to go order, I then had to wait another 15 min before I received my food. Mind you, it wasn't that busy. I took it straight home excited to eat my favorite meal, only to find that it was COLD. Not even a bit warm. It's not the 1rst time I've been disappointed at this location, but I kept giving it a chance to improve. Guess not.

I made an order to pick up 2 hours later. They made the order then, let it sit for 2 hours, then gave it to me. Knowing exactly what they did and not trying to make it fresh. Everything was stone cold. Hard taco shells were totally soft. Had obviously been sitting for hours.

The waitress was nice but s little overwhelmed. The good was just ok for me.

Currently eating at this establishment and our server was ok in the beginning but we get our food and she throws the plate down in my sisters face without saying anything then have to wait 5 minutes for silverware and we got the fajitas and we had just finished our first one when the server came up asking about dessert and our check, once she came back with the ticket she has not been back to check on us and walked by our table 6 times without asking if we need refills or anything (mind you i was a server and a manager so I know) the manager walked by and heard our convo and came up to us with an attitude and asked if we needed anything and brought it out with attitude. Currently still seated waiting on our server. (7 times she has walked by and hasnt said anything) MacKenzie is our server please do better

Two orders of fajitas to go, pathetic. Not enough to feed one person. Cold and looked like a kids meal. The little peppers it had were not cooked at all. Writing this review to remind myself not to go back. I eat there once a year and am always disappointed.

Food was great and our server was great as well. Great place to go.

The real low point of this location is the wait staff, their portions are generally a little better than the other Wichita locations, and the food quality is amazing. My wife and I went in around 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon, and seated very quickly. The waitress was extremely unfriendly, only brought one salsa for the two of us to share, and seemed annoyed when we asked for a second bowl. We were done with our chips by the time we finally got our margaritas, no refill was offered, and we could clearly hear the table behind us talking to the manager about how their chicken was still pink. Our server didn't check on us or offer refills, she was too busy cutting limes at the bar, while there were a total of 6 tables among 3-4 servers. When we paid with our card we were given a pink gel pen to sign with.

Never have had a bad experience at Carlos O'Kelly's. Food is good, as is the service. That's why I keep going back.
I almost always get the chicken picado with refried beans and the Mexican rice.

Everyone was very friendly. I came during the lunch hour, and it was not busy at all. The food all came out tasting really good, but my strawberry lemonade was more like drinking the salsa type of consistency.
