This was a pleasurable experience. Service was outstanding, the food good and the atmosphere was family oriented. This was my second visit, and it didn't disappoint. I will definitely return.

WAY TO GO WEST SIDE!!!! Julie was our main bar tender/server. She did AMAZING!!! Her team was awesome!!! Everyone worked so well together to make sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. After several disappointing trips to the Carlos on East 13th. I couldn't believe the difference. Julie could have ran circles around the entire staff of the East 13th Carlis O Kelly's

While eating our chips and salsa I pulled a hair out of my mouth that came from the chips that obviously was not anyone's at our table, so the server apologized and brought us another basket of chips and once again a long brown hair was in My mouth from the chips and his was in front of another server the reply we got was well I guess we need to have the girls wear hairnets when doing chips from now on. We did not receive am apology, a visit from the manager or a discount we were very disappointed with the visit

Restaurant could use some updating , new carpet, good cleaning but the food was good.
3:10 walked in and it was ghost town, took forever for someone to acknowledge us and let us know that someone else would be right with us. A few minutes more and we finally got someone to come seat us and when we asked for a booth in their empty restaurant she huffed said she was the only one working and she would be right back. Well right back was a few more minutes of us waiting for no return. We left. If you are open and offering happy hour maybe they should be staffed accordingly! This isn't the first time but it will be the last time! Carlos you lost long time customers ? and sorry to the deliver driver there having to wait on that!

Obviously many people like this because it was busy. It was the worst flavor quality & amount our party of 4 have ever had. 20 years ago I swore I would never return. Price outrageous. Only good were chips & sauce plus I was rushed eating. Hope I never return.
