Amazing food, Emily and shyandra did a great job they recommended the scorpion wings and I gotta say the flavor and spice level are AMAZING 10/10

Customer service is HORRIBLE, they never have hair nets on while they working over that food!!! Everytime I look up it’s HAIR in my ranch ! The girl w blond hair customer service is absolutely horrible, they all need to held accountable for their poor customer service!!! Immediately! Everything would be so much better if there was better workers that CARE ! Cause they obviously DONT .

Employees are too worried about having conversations with their friends that are just hanging out than to actually serve the food that they're cooking. My sandwich sat there for at least 5 minutes, not overestimating that before. They actually put it in a tray and handed it to me along with some water that wasn't even cold. So I paid $2.49 for warm water. Never again. Never never never never never again... And my food was cold. Water was warm.

Very rude people they gave us a bread with no meat and then got butthurt when we asked for more meat. Threw a box at our face and then called us rude? He was white with no hair. And the other little girl had blonde hair

The food here is fire. Best Philly I've had outside of New Jersey by far. 10/10 would recommend

I shouldn't have expected so much considering it is mall food. Ordered a classic regular philly cheese steak sandwich (or so I thought) and actually received an unseasoned sandwich with tons of mayonnaise and they really put cold lettuce and tomato (!?😐😲🙄😐😑😶)on the alleged hot sandwich...my dog had a lovely lunch. Will definitely walk right past the place next time

We got a Philly cheesesteak combo with Cajun fries regular size with large unsweetened tea for 16$ and some change, and a bacon cheesesteak with large ultimate fries with large watermelon strawberry lemonade for $20 and some change after tax 40$. We ordered to go and requested ketchup, forks,napkins, and mayo. We paid 60 cents each for two cheese sauce.
The sandwiches are really good, the meat doesn't taste seasoned but is good. The philly with cheese sauce i added that myself. We only got one side of cheese sauce, we didn't receive any forks ketchup or mayo either. The ultimate fries are good, but they're too salty and not seasoned, the Cajun fries are good but they need salt lol overall we enjoyed the food and will be back. The staff was friendly and respectful. The prices are too high in my opinion but again I will go back as I think it is better than subways philly which is where we usually get a cheesteak from. The bacon is real bacon which was a plus and the lemonade tastes homemade with real strawberry pieces. The tea is good and basic. Next time i will order in person and get whatever condiments from them in person to avoid them not being in there.
Overall good sandwich place.

Little sad when the food came out. Didn’t even look close to what the pics look like on the menu. Not too bad of a flavor but pretty slapped together.. the help looked like they would rather be somewhere else than making the food that we had spent our money on.. 5:27 pm on Jan. 17, 2025

Not enough staff to help fulfill orders. The bread was burnt, chicken was cold and I didn't get the fries that I ordered. I do not recommend going to the Wichita Kansas location.
