It was such a bad experience not the oringinal Cheddars we once knew. Why does the quality have to change. Baked potatoes have been horrible multiple times. Who serves cold dry potatoes? Felt so badly after paying $60 for a meal. We were seated near back door at the bar. It was noisy and the employees were playing back there and chatty.

We eat here about 3 items a year, haven’t had a bad meal yet. If you can do a reservation online, I would. Sometimes it’s a pretty lengthy wait. Service was good on last visit.

The three entrees served cold. Hamburger ordered well done was raw in the middle. French Fries and other sides cold. Adam's Ale was perfect with a slice of lemon. Ketchup was good quality. Wait staff attentive without being intrusive. Payment terminals a great touch. Why didn't we send food back? I have seen the movie, Waiting, a few times. Restraunt was not busy when I visited.This is my opinion and experience.

The food was great, the service was quick but they sat my family in an area where the heater was not working. It was so cold that we ate our food as fast as possible so we could leave.
