This was my steak i had asked to be medium rare and that not only took almost an hour for me and my family to receive service and our food but also ALL THE UTENSILS WERE GROSS AND FILTHY they had food splatters from when we first checked them and im not the kind if person to take the tine to write reviews even if the food or service was bad but this was HORRIBLE and was a waste of alot of money i hope they get their stuff together

Don't know what happened to Cheddars. We used to love it. We waited 30 minutes to get appetizer. Didn't get our croissants untill after our meal had arrived. And could not order our favorite cornmeal crusted fried fish. We were told we could not get fried fish that day. Was very disappointed

Yesterday was quit a disappointment. My fiancé really loves cheddars I take her there at least once a year for special occasions. We had ordered an appetizer and the croissants and our drinks at first. With them five minutes our food came out our main course. We didn’t receive our appetizer at all we had to say something and by then we were already half through our mail so we decided to not get an appetizer when we told our waitress no we don’t want it. She gave us an attitude. We never received our crescent rolls our meal was OK. The service just wasn’t what I expected. We still tipped her well we treated her well, even though we had an attitude by her she kept trying to rush us off just not quite what I would expect when I expected a wonderful evening. I probably won’t come back. I do have my receipt which has the waitresses name which I’m not gonna put on here. If somebody responds to me then I will give them her name.

The food was fantastic, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was our server. He was knowledgeable about the menu, incredibly attentive, and made sure we never needed a thing. His energy and professionalism elevated the entire meal. The dishes were delicious on their own, but the service took it to another level. Do yourself a favor—stop in, enjoy the food, and hope you’re lucky enough to be seated in his section.

We decided to calibrate my birthday. Went in around 3pm. We got seated right away. A total of three tables with a total of 8 people between all three tables. Our table had 4 out of the 8 people. The waitress kept disappearing. Waited 15 minutes for my drink and she brought me the wrong one so I had for she to fix it. When she finally brought our food out she survived one person at our table then went over and survived the table next to us then came back to finish surviving our table. She had both tables food on the same on the same tray. We finished eating. Decide to order a slice of chocolate cake because it's my birthday on the keypad. Then we go ahead and pay for all of our meal and the cake let the waitress know that we had ordered a slice of cake she said that she had seen it and that she would need plate it. And then we proceeded to wait 25 minutes for a slice of cake. I had to go up to the hostess stand where her and the rest of the wait staff were standing chatting and ask her where our cake was. Then she proceeded to go make it. At no point did a manager ever come and speak with us I didn't see a manager on site at all. We were there a total of an hour and a half. And a majority of that time we were just waiting on our waitress. So if you go to the Cheddar's on the west side and you get a black waitress with a blonde wig with extra long fingernails expect a long wait and expect to have to re-ask for your items.

The food was great but our server LEA C wasn’t great AT ALL. She checked on our table once the whole time we were there. When she checked on us she ignored our empty cups on the edge of the table… she was being very short and not having a good attitude. #loveyoucheddars🖤

We went about six months ago and it was great. This time our food took half an hour to come out, it was cold, and the appetizer came out with the food. Vacuuming around us was disruptive, and the staff never checked back except to bring food, and we had to pay on the on table kiosk.
