My food came out cold they gave me chicken that was already cooked horrible experience i would've just left but i was on a first date the level of embarrassment i told my waiter he said he would let the kitchen know as if they already didn't there's a lot of food options right in the area I would suggest trying something different but this place will give you anything they just don't care and I still tipped my waiter because it wasn't his fault ??????

15 minutes for drinks, 20 minutes for a salad, 40 minutes for the entrees. Overcooked pasta, stray shrimp shells peppered throughout. Restaurant was dead. I’ve eaten at Cheddar’s three times over the years (twice at the east location, once at the west). All three have been bad experiences. There won’t we a fourth time.

Less than impressed. Took our drink order right away. I said we were ready to order. "Well, hold on, I'll be back." Finally came back for our order Meatloaf, Fries, and baked potato. F I n a l l y....our order came. "If you need anything, let me know," No offer of ketchup for fries or meatloaf. The baked potato was good and the fries were okay...looked like it had been laying around for awhile. Meatloaf texture seemed as if it had been reheated once maybe twice. We won't be back...ever.
Chicken straps and ribs were awesome! The dessert 'Legendary Monster Cookie' was a bit overdone but still good! Donovan (spelling?) was our server, and he was great!

Worst service ever they were to busy talking with family. Order a carrot cake to go and never got it so checking receipt to make I was not charged for it but they were charging us for table games didn’t even have a machine on our table. They took that off but when we walked by the table next to us where their family was sitting there was 2 if the machine so I’m sure there kids were playing on ours. Couldn’t even find a manager to let them know how bad it was. Food wasn’t the greatest either but bad service just makes the whole thing bad.
