The food was great but our server LEA C wasn’t great AT ALL. She checked on our table once the whole time we were there. When she checked on us she ignored our empty cups on the edge of the table… she was being very short and not having a good attitude. #loveyoucheddars🖤

We went about six months ago and it was great. This time our food took half an hour to come out, it was cold, and the appetizer came out with the food. Vacuuming around us was disruptive, and the staff never checked back except to bring food, and we had to pay on the on table kiosk.

When you have only 30 mins for lunch and it's only 1130am and the place is not even half full. The wait for a server to come to your table shouldn't take 5-6 minutes.....

1st time & great place to meet your favorite group. Great service and delicious food.
Walked in and wasnt able to place an order the entire store was dirty, there was not a host. Serving staff was sitting down eating.

Really do love the food here 😋 They have something for everyone whether you're looking for something light like a soup or a salad, all the way to giant plates of chicken and waffles, pastas, steak, fish, etc. The wait staff are always great. Our last trip they were especially helpful. My glasses broke right as we were sitting down at the table and I was so distraught! I have HORRIBLE eyesight and we had movie tickets for directly after dinner. Our waitress found the manager and he was kind enough to bring me some scotch tape from the office 🤣 the glasses weren't pretty..but they went out of their way to save our movie night! They have a great dessert and drink section, with a little something for everyone. Try The Painkiller 😉 Warning, they literally limit it to 2 per guest! When you first sit they bring you out their homemade honeybutter croissants.....if you haven't tried them...I'm sorry for you 🤣 if yove never given Cheddars a try, you should!
