Sent my Gf there and they said they were closed at 7:40 and we could not get any food and was very rude to her that I could hear the lady screaming at her on the phone. I just moved to this area and want to try their pizza but with poor customer service like this then I would hate to see how the food tastes!

I ordered 2 pizzas for superbowl cheese for grand kids and pepperoni for adults...Horrible...we usually do..however this cheese is a little on the rough side

Went in to order since the Beast isn't online and got told she will not do it because it has to be 24-48hrs in advance when I have walked in and ordered it a couple of time in the past. I asked if that was something new and she said she isn't doing it! LAZY!! Then locks the door after we left like we would come back in. SMH I will not be back ever and will let people know how lazy their employees are!!

Ethan was the only one that seemed to care, the bathroom is disgusting, and I found burnt chunks of what I assume is pepperoni on the bottom of my vegetarian pizza.Edit: thanks for the offer, really, but me and the guy I ended up giving it to both thought it was pretty mid, anyways, I'd rather not waste my time on gambling on getting the same quality again.

I called to put an order in for my 7 year olds bday party today. The girl who answered was so rude. I didn’t understand why it was even necessary I was not being mean even after she continued to be rude. I called back in asking if it was okay if I run a bit late to pick it up her response was ..”uhhhh your orders already ready..” I told her I was clear out on maize and making last minute errands. It was a long awkward silence then I said hello and she said “yeah I guess..” I proceeded to still be nice about it but I was already having a bad day. And sometimes I feel like people don’t understand how they treat or speak to people really does make a difference. I just hope the person they have answering the phones from now on has more of an upbeat happy tone cause it almost made me not want to go here ever again. But maybe my next experience won’t be the same I hope. Other than that I’ve never had an issue with their pizza. The only reason why I made a choice to continue to give them my business. Please if you can have the staff work on customer service. Answer and sound like you are happy to be there it really does make a difference

First time here...easy order at the counter and got my very good and perfectly cooked pizza in under 15 minutes. The entire pizza of pepperoni and Italian sausage weighed around 2.5 lbs and it wasn't skimped on the toppings which run $2.49 for each additional. The two employees were friendly and prompt and the restaurant looked very clean inside the lobby area and looking in the prep area I couldn't see anything resembling a mess or filth. I did go on a Saturday around 4:30 when they were pretty dead for a reference.The flavor was a standard well made pizza. The cheese is what stood out most to me. Lots of it and thick. The pepperoni and Italian sausage tasted like a standard pizza as did the crust. Overall good pizza and good price around $13.60 after tax for two topping large. Very satisfied and will be a returning customer.

Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude. Their taco pizza is disgusting. Will never order from them again. Real professional.When a description about a pizza is given especially a taco pizza one would think the toppings you say come with the pizza is an addition to the lettuce, tomato, and the others that normally come with it. I was not rude till your manager became rude to me and used a condescending tone with me. (after all even another store I called said the macarthur store has issues and needa to be addressed.) The taco pizza was gross, pepperoni pizza was excellent, no issues with them at all. I asked her if I could bring the pizza back and get a different pizza or a refund.....maybe you should actually believe your customers who spend almost $50.00 on pizza and customers that actually go in there at least once a week. I hope you don't treat your customers at your auto shop the same you they are treated here.
