Ordered a $130 dollar cake and it was very basic and boring. Felt like they did not even try to make it special. The lettering was off. Could’ve got a basic cake like this from Walmart or Dillon’s and saved money. Their solution was: bring it back and we will scrape it all off and start over. If you did this the first time, how much better could it be after you scrape everything off and try again? Also, some people do not have time to bring cakes back for a “redo” before their parties. Do better the first time.

. I bought a turnover, a German chocolate brownie, buttons & a cut out cookie. I tried the brownie and the buttons,& was totally disappointed. They utilized one of the greatest bakery “secrets”: put lots of frosting on a less than fresh product, & it will disguise the dryness. so disappointed, I think I’ll just stick to the sugar cookies.

We tried a mini cake, we were told it is an amazing bakery, but were seriously disappointed in the supposed filled mini chocolate cream cake. If there was a filling it was invisible!! Waste of money

We love stopping in Cheri's to satisfy a sweet tooth or to pick up something for a gift or party. They have an amazing selection of cakes including small cakes for 2 or 3 people. They also have a great selection of sweets available including cookies, small cheesecakes, cupcakes, etc. This is where I also found the life changing cookie dough pop! Trust me!

My cake was more Orange than pink, and I waited a little while in the lobby because they couldn’t find my order of cookies. While I had called ahead and told them I’d have to make it quick because my baby was asleep in the car.
They did an excellent job on our baby shower cake! Not only did it look perfect but it was delicious. Amazing work.

We had Cheri's cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party at the NW YMCA and they were a hit! So pretty and they smell amazing. (I have allergies, so didn't get to partake, but the kids loved them!) Totally recommend!

This bakery messed up on the cake twice, one month apart. The initial event was rescheduled so we took the first paid cake with the wrong coloring. The cake tasted good but the design was disappointing. We reordered the same cake and commented on the wrong coloring and it was done in the same wrong color the second time. Them “fixing” is was not scrapping off the mistake as they told us but adding another layer of white frosting and re-stenciling in a different color. When you cut into the cake you could see the first design that was the mistake and the corrected design over the top. Very disappointing!
