I recently went to Cheri’s Bakery and was helped by the young cashier with the brunette hair who was very knowledgeable. I order the dozen decorated sugar cookies.I have to say these cookies were MOIST not dry at all! These cookies really fulfilled my sweet tooth for the day.The cookies I ordered were Easter themed and were Pulchritudinous. Once I got home I scarfed half the dozen down and I do have to say those were scrumpdiddlyumptious!!!

I tried to give them a chance, I really did. Went for a seasonal pie, pumpkin, "nope you have to order those days in advance". Ok, I guess 'tis not the season. So I put in a $20 order sight unseen, and since my sweet tooth was steering the ship that day I walked out with one of their $13 mini German chocolate cakes.Disappointing. Sweet, more sweet, and chewy coconut. No developed flavors to demonstrate they'd taken more than the absolute minimum amount of time to throw together a frosting - no scalded milk or toasted pecans. Cake was chocolate anemic and nearly flavorless.Oh well, I won't cancel the pumpkin pie I ordered, everyone should get a second chance. Right? Right!?Just had a slice of the pumpkin pie. Canned pumpkin. "Covered up" by heavy handed spicing at wrong ratios. Also, it was NOT SET. I paid $20 for someone to get the BASICS of a custard pie wrong. Runny and textureless. Crust was a masterclass in ingredient sparing, just crumbling nonsense.When I ordered the pie someone picked up a custom decorated cake, I glanced over and noticed the frosting art looked nice...so they've got that going for them

I ordered a half sheet cake, flavor amaretto which was delicious. However, it was supposed to be decorated in white buttercream with purple bells lined in SILVER. With a lighter purple border and the entire cake sprinkled with the same SILVER glitter that the bell were to be lined with.The problems were the bells were so light in color that people couldn’t tell if they were pink or maybe a light light lavender and the boarder was the same. Now the Biggest and Most noticeable problem was that a cake for a 25th Vow Renewal Ceremony the color order was SILVER NOT THE COLOR OF A 50TH ANNIVERSARY GOLD. Our cake was done in GOLD NOT SILVER!!! I am going to try to send you a picture from my phone of this cake to you I.

They do make okay cakes and do great at decorating but they need to work on their customer service. They left off 4th in the happy 4th birthday on my daughters cake. The reference photo I sent them even said happy 4th birthday on it. I specifically said happy 4th birthday.
They blamed it on me when their employee didn’t enter what I said correctly. They told me I didn’t confirm what it said on the receipt which I was never told to confirm and I didn’t even know it was listed on the receipt. It was short hand and said HBD. Like I’m supposed to know what they meant. If you order a cake from here you need to confirm over and over and over and demand to see the screen because if they mess up, they’ll blame it on you. I sent my husband to pick up the cake— which he didn’t notice of course. So then it was REALLY my fault they said.
The owners or whoever I talked to was SUPER rude about it when I called. I wasn’t rude and didn’t talk in a hateful way at all. I just simply called and said “hey I’m upset because it didn’t say what I asked” and she got really snippy and accusatory real fast. Not a way to run a business in my opinion.
Once again Cheri's bakery did not disappoint!! We have used them on several different occasions and have been very happy everytime. My son's seventh birthday party was coming up and I was looking on their website and did not see any laser tag themed cakes, So I got some ideas of what I wanted. Since I cannot drive, through email communication They came up with this amazing cake! Sending me a description of what they had in mind to confirm we were "on same page". I think they should add this option to their "gallery". Not only are Cheri's bakery cakes always moist and delicious, but they have amazing decorations too!! These girls are talented and very friendly and helpful!! Everybody at the party kept mentioning how delicious the cake was and so cute. Thank you Cheri's bakery, We will be back! The Johnson family

I am a baker and after a kitchen mishap I was short a birthday cake for my FIL's party. I called Cheri's and they saved the day with a DELICIOUS carrot cake. I got rave reviews on the "amazing cake, even if you didn't make it!" I wish I could describe to you how moist and flavorful this cake was! Thank you for saving the day, Cheri's!

I ordered a cake for a wedding reception that we would pick up. I dropped off foliage to be added to cake as depicted in shared picture. I inquired into extra icing to prepare for any bumps or mishaps. I was told a "cup" of icing was 25 cents. (Seemed like a low $$ but still assumed "cup" to 8 oz. ) Due to time constraints I sent someone to pick up cake for me. When cake arrived, it did not have foliage. The "cup" of frosting was maybe 2 Tablespoons. And the cake was not level. Not quite the outcome we expected. The cake itself tasted great. But since this was a wedding cake, had a little more expectations for the appearance of the cake as well.
