We stopped at this Chick-fil-A in route from St Joseph Missouri to Oklahoma City. When asked about getting a senior coffee was told they do not do that at the store. Mikayla responded though by giving me a complimentary cup! In conversation I told her about the death of my sister and that was the reason for the trip. She responded with a soecial gift bag and and a hug! It was exactly what I needed at that time and a blessing to me. Thank you for your service to the community and others. I know God is blessing.

Great food. Poor service. At least when I was there last week. My take-out food just sat behind the counter for far too long without being handed to me. I talked to at least three workers until I can finally got one of them to hand my food to me. Unacceptable.😒

The food is good, but definitely not my favorite fast food chicken place in Wichita. I like that it’s predictable. My issue, why would corporate take away the banana pudding milkshake? You had a weekly customer in me with that alone. Bring it back, pretty please. Oh, the service here is great and the drive through is usually quick.
