Our cashier asked if we had a gluten "allergy" :) our receipt had printed instructions to the prep crew to make sure they changed gloves before handling our food and the buns were individually wrapped. We now have a fast food option here in Wichita that is safe for us to eat at.

this CFA used to be the best one in town, but ever since they took out a portion of the dining room. to expand their kitchen, every time we come our order is wrong, we are missing items or we have to go back and ask for our drinks. I think the operator of this store has started focusing on improving thr poor performance of the N Greenwich store and now this one is starting to get neglected. we love Chick Fil A, and the employees are always helpful and kind, but the downhill pattern is disappointing.

This plastic was in my Mac n cheese?UPDATE: management did reach out to me immediately and refunded me my whole order and was very kind and send me some coupons in the mail. I definitely appreciate that since I had to throw my whole meal away. I typically have a great experience at Chick-fil-A. This was one time that it wasn’t.

I believe Chick-fil-A has now become my favorite fast food restaurant!!! I was able to place my order with a person and not a kiosk. McDonalds may have lost me!!!
I asked for military discount while i was in uniform. The cashier sad yes then asked the manager who did not look at me and said NO. areas not clean most tables dirty and food all over the floor. Will not return to this place.

idk if everyone is in a bad mood or what but sitting in the drive through atm bc the lady refused to take my order. the only reason i can think of is bc of my skin color! she had no problem taking the car behind me order. VERY UNWELCOMING! if i could rate the service no stars i would.
