The airport Chick -fil-A has a limited menu. I could not order the salad that I prefer. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal, which was hot and delicious. The Chick-fil-A is next to another fast food place, and there was a lot of confusion as to what line to get in to order food. It was crowded and uncomfortable for me, but there were nice people who helped me to get in the right line. Also, there was confusion about whose meal was ready to pick up.

It's always interesting to go to a Chick-fil-A without a line 50 cars long. But, this is in an airport so a line of cars isn't possible. While you are waiting on a flight, stop by this Chick-fil-A and satisfy your craving for a peach smoothie or ice cream. You won't be disappointed.

Airport water was warm, was able to get ice in a cup, lady was very nice! Thanks Chick-fil-a! We frequent your restaurants and will continue to do so.

Chick fil a is my favorite fast food and I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I plan to call corporate and their "3rd party service".

Somewhat rude staff and this chicken biscuit is dryer than a biscuit from Popeyes. No amount of jelly is fixing this thing. Iām from Georgia and Wichita isnāt the best at making any of the products from the Chick-fil-A menu. No āmy pleasureā or courtesy from these folks either.
