I don't ever mind waiting for fresh food! But getting home and opening up my chick-n-minis to find that the rolls were not cooked all the way. Definitely DOUGHY. .?GOTTA DO BETTER...THIS IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS TO HAPPEN.Would've went back but it was past my bedtime.. (work overnights) Guess i'll check them next time for sure. Just bummed me out.

I had never eaten at Chick filet. But I had picked up my grandson from work and asked where he wanted to eat. He picked her.The restaurant was clean even in the middle of lunch. The cashier's were very friendly and welcoming. The food was served fast and very good.They have the best customer service I have seen anywhere. I will definitely be back.Thanks for all you do

I got one of the salads with all the fruit and chicken, nuts, granola and bleu cheese chunks. It was delicious! My friend got the spicy chicken sandwich which she enjoyed. We went through the drive-thru and service was super fast. Highly recommend!

Watch your order at the drive thru. In the last month I have been shorted items and when I call them after I get home I am told they will add it back on my app along with additions items got my troubles. Have yet to see anything on my app. Yes I should always check the bag however is that not what the second person handing out the food should be doing? Hope they get their act together soon tired of paying for food I never get.
