This has to be the slowest chic fila drive through. Last week for breakfast I pull in the mobile lane straight up to where you scan your QR code . There are cars in front of me from there to the window. It took me 13 minutes to get my order. This week I go there for lunch no wait but did not order the hair in my ice tea that I find as I am eating the ice. Who doesn’t like chic fila ice. I’m done with this location. I’ll go to central and rock from now on till this location gets their act together.

Breakfast Burrito was way too small. I live near other CFAs and get these burritos weekly. This location all wrong portion was Way , way, way too small ! Like less than half the size !

Went here twice in a week. First time was drive thru. It wasn't busy. I asked for no pickles & got them anyway. No biggie. Went back through the drive thru & got it corrected. Went back a few days later. It was somewhat busy, we went inside. Employees are so flustered & you can tell they're not use to being busy. They'll get the hang of it. But it took 25 mins to get our food inside. Other people that came in after us was getting their food. They didn't give us a table tent either. Finally had to go back up & ask for our food. They forgot about us. We had to change it to a to go order. Got our food & we walked out & drove off. Not only did they forget about us, I think they found our forgotten food in the back. Our food was cold. We didn't have time to go back. Called & no answer. Oh well I guess. Decided to try again. Drive thru employees was too busy playing in the drive thru to take my order. So I pulled forward. A female came out & told me I'd have to go back around. I told her they were back there playing instead of taking orders. She said oh well. What is going on with this chicfila?

Had to wait very long time this trip which is unusual for this location. Normally I’m able to place my online order and get it quickly but they seemed to be having difficulty with the volume of customers as it took most 10 minutes from the time I placed my mobile order to finally receiving it in the drive thru lane

Everything was great with the exception of parking....the way it's set up is awful, for it being an NFL stadium...you guys need a ton bigger parking lots not this Jerry rigged park on the grass and dirt or wherever you can fit your car crap

Ordered thru app, chicken sandwich with American cheese and extra pickles. The receipt was correct, but had pepper jack, which wife cannot eat due to her meds irritating insides of her mouth and no extra pickles.
