No Chick-fil-A y’all set a very high standard for yourself. Which is amazing, as a consumer I love that. However, the last four times that I have been at this location my order has been massively messed up. I thought that it was just the drive-through, but I’ve gone inside and I have done a mobile pick up order and I have had the same issues. I’ve had different issues every time I’ve gone, but the consistency for the last four times is that I have not gotten my sauce. I have not gotten my straws and I have not gotten any napkins. Which I get isn’t a huge deal but when you’re driving and you have no straw, it’s very inconvenient not to mention I pay for the extra sauces that I ordered. So yeah, I do expect to get what I pay for. These are just the consistencies amongst the issues. But I gotta say, with Caines now across the street, right now is not the time for this location to be messing up.
Edit to add: All of our waffle fries were not even edible. What the heck are y'all doing up there?
As a response: the sauce straw and napkins are definitely inconvenient but the real issue is the food and service. The quality has just gone down tremendously. Hopefully this review helps make this location better, best of luck.

Tonight, I received my DoorDash order and my sandwich had no chicken! I was incredibly frustrated. Zach handled the situation very professionally! I drove to the store, and he remade my food. It was wonderful! The best waffle fries I’ve ever had! The store is lucky to have such a good manager!

This is one of the best restaurants I have been to. The service is phenomenol, literally. I have never been so impressed with a group of staff like I am these folks. So friendly. So helpful. Hustling to get you quick service and meal delivery with an absolute positive attitude. And the food is great. If you haven't been to this location, you need to go. AAA service and food. These folks are on it !
