I've had their smoked chicken before, but had never had one of their sandwiches. I asked Susan at the counter what she would recommend. She then asked me if I liked spicy. I said yes but I prefer spicy and sweet. She told me I should definitely try the chicken and waffle sandwich. I did and it was terrific! I was really impressed with how good it was and will definitely have it again. Susan was so helpful and nice, she came by our table to make sure we enjoyed it all and then was sure to give me a refill on my iced tea as we left. A great food experience! I will be back. Got the popcorn chicken it was the worst ever!! When came back to get a refund they said company had just changed to what I was served!! I highly suggest they change back asap!!!The manager was very nice in making it right with me.

A great place to sit down and enjoy some good chicken. The quality of their food has never disappointed me and it easily made its way to my number 1 restaurant. The quality and taste justify the price and i seem to just find myself returning every now and again when i want a tasty meal.

This restaurant is 20 minutes away and I had to return since they gave me the wrong sandwich and the fries were soggy and stale. I asked for them to remake the meal and refund for wasting my time and gas but they said I can only choose one I’m very disappointed in the service and I will not be returning. It’s sad being this was my favorite fast food restaurant

This was my first visit to Chicken Max. The lovely young lady working at the Drive Through window, was friendly and courteous. I ordered the Popcorn Chicken menu go for my niece, and her two children. They are usually somewhat finicky about what they eat. Not today. They dove into there chicken and fries head first. The food was over he top delicious. No dining establishment in Wichita can touch their chicken. I will revisit them!
