Messed up our $30 order.. Gave us the wrong sandwich, shorted us cornbread which was hard and stale, the chicken tasted like rubber that had been sitting out for hours, the onion rings had little to no breading and all they offered was a free sandwich

Come get the leg quarter meal!! It's straight ?!!! That deviled egg potato salad hit too!!
I visited Chick N Max tonight with my family and ordered chicken wings, a Nashville Hot Sandwich and 2 smoked chicken sandwiches. The wings we received still had 2-3” feathers on them and they gave us the wrong flavor. We also received the wrong order for the smoked chicken sandwiches. When we spoke to the manager, he said, “Oh yeah, they come that way, we just didn’t take them off (the feathers). That’s normal, it doesn’t hurt that chicken.” He didn’t think it was a big deal. We were disgusted! We were in such disbelief that we left the food and left the restaurant. We will never come back. Stay away!
