Chili's in Wichita

“Our server was Mason. He was friendly, extremely thoughtful (I have a broken arm) and he went out of his way to make things easier for me. He was very personable and efficient. The food was great, came out in a timely fashion. I don't prefer the new Southwest Queso over the previous that you could add meat to. I hope they bring the other back.“

“The GM Susan is Top Notch!
I am gluten free, which makes it hard to order food as you can guess. I asked if there was an option to change out the salad/quesadillas for chips or fries. I also asked if the tortillas strips were gluten free. She said she didn't think they were, so she went above and beyond. She made special tortillas chips with seasoning for my salad. Then she also went as far as making me little mini queadaillas with the actual chips! I was just so happy to see that she cared enough to go above and beyond to make my salad even better. Thank you Susan. You made my whole day. Its amazing service and caring like this that will keep my business. I will happily spread the word how Susan the GM cared enough to be extra for her customers! You rock!“

“It really inspired me when Forrest Gump said, “Life is like a box or chocolates, you never know whatcha gonna get.” I’m a certified forklift operator and these guys asked me to drive them around on the forklift and they loved it so much that they bought their own forklift and it’s now sitting outside the restaurant. You all should come check it out and look. I ain’t from round here but Lord have mercy I’m gonna bust one when I get back home because I love Chili’s bro. Everytime I wake up I hope I see the general manager so I can shout out my boy Johnqauviois. Perchance.“
