Loud , over crowded. Took over 20 minutes to get a cup of soup.Both soups I have tried were a no, never again. Sabrina was definitely not a good server. Had to get someone to hunt her fuel to get our check. Never refilled my friends cola.

I usually love my stk at Chili's but this cut was half grizzle. I was craving a stk for over a month. Needless to say I had to go to Dillons n cook my own to get my fix!

Worst waitress ever! GAVE US THR WRONG TICKET ADDED HER OWN 14 DOLLAR TIP. FOOD WAS NOT FRESH AND THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT THE CHECK WE PAID FOR ENDED UP BEING FOR ANOTHER TABLE. SMH NEVER AGAIN CHILIS ON CENTRAL AND ROCK WICHITA KS DO BETTER!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞😢.FAMILY DINNER TOTALLY RUINED BECAUSE OF MADDISON THE WORST SERVER WITH NO QUALITY SERVICE AT ALL!!!

It was my birthday and I've never been to Chili's so some coworkers helped celebrate with me the waitress was super nice and made sure we were having a great time and at the end when receiving the cake some staff came out and said with everyone it was the best birthday experience,very memorable 🥰
