The GM Susan is Top Notch! I am gluten free, which makes it hard to order food as you can guess. I asked if there was an option to change out the salad/quesadillas for chips or fries. I also asked if the tortillas strips were gluten free. She said she didn't think they were, so she went above and beyond. She made special tortillas chips with seasoning for my salad. Then she also went as far as making me little mini queadaillas with the actual chips! I was just so happy to see that she cared enough to go above and beyond to make my salad even better. Thank you Susan. You made my whole day. Its amazing service and caring like this that will keep my business. I will happily spread the word how Susan the GM cared enough to be extra for her customers! You rock!

Our server was awesome. As busy as it was, we never asked for a refill he was on top of it. Over all we will be going back. We ordered Bacon chicken ranch nacho, Bacon chicken quesadilla, and a Bacon cheese burger, and the appetizer the cheese sticks that has the honey Chipotle around it. OMG Amazing...we definitely, we'll be going back.đ

My family comes here almost every week, and itâs always an amazing experience! The food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is so inviting. The staff is always attentive and welcoming. Specifically, Taylor, our server/bartender, is absolutely wonderful â always friendly, attentive, and makes every visit feel special. We always look forward to seeing Taylor and enjoying another great meal! I highly recommend visiting this location if youâre looking for great food and even better service!

The waitress and staff were all very attentive and kind, and offered to go drinks at the end of the meal. Unfortunately, due to the changes made to the menu especially discontinuing the skillet queso and queso blanco and changing the Cajun pasta and chicken crispers recipea, I probably won't go back. I've gone to Chili's for almost thirty years and I get that things have to change, so I guess that means my restaurant choices will, too. The price for everything/everywhere is ridiculous, and $50 for two chicken pasta meals (one with shrimp) plus a 20% tip (sorry to the waitress, I was upset about the food) and two waters just put the nail in the coffin on my last/final Chili's experience. One star because I'm so frustrated by the menu changes, but again, the waitstaff did a good job, so if you go because your favorite thing is still there and not changed, you should still have a good experience.

Ordered online and it was touchyâŠ.watch your totals 20% tips are automatically added⊠I like to tip accordinglyâŠsome higher some lower. Anyway, I went to pick it up and Will was attentive. I got home and unfortunately one meal was missing! So then I had to drive back up and go get it. Not like itâs all that close or convenient. I get there and Will is nice and brings up the manger. I didnât get her name but she was very kind and she comped out the meal. I thought it was very nice of them. Now onto the foodâŠit was sooo flavorful, fresh and hot!! Will definitely be back and Iâll do a better job verifying I have all my good before I leave!! đđđ

I went and when i Bought 48.56 dollars worth of food my food was thrown in the trash when i went to the bathroom, I was barely able to get my food that I ordered, and When i received it It was made incorrectly. When i called the manager was disrespectful and made it seem like i was lying because i signed up for the rewards and had gotten free chips and salsa but when i asked for the refund of just my food i didnât receive it was an issue and she hung up, will never come here again
