Ordered online. Cannot rate atmosphere. Did not receive sauces and utensils.Paid extra for cheese fries. Did not receive dipping sauce. Too high priced for cheese fries.Food was ready on time and was good temperature. Needed more seasoning on everything and some garlic butter on steak. (Supposed to be included)

Our food was cold, the food tasted fine just not $15 a plate good. We went on Saturday evening, had to wait a good 15 mins to get a table which was fine but our server was poor, I don’t know if he was tired or nervous but if your waitstaff isn’t fully trained or feeling well then they shouldn’t be on the floor. We were neglected and he came by maybe once every 15 mins, no refills no food check in to see if our food was ok, and he didn’t even walk by the table so we could grab him with our requests. I don’t think all the servers this way but this guy clearly should not have been there on a Saturday at dinner time.

I only rated what we could rate. We got there, and waited to get put on the waiting list. They asked us as soon as we got there how many, but never put us on the list. 10 minutes later, after taking several more new comers after us, walking right in front of us, gets put on the list. Pushing us farther back! We finally popped up n told the rude gentleman that jumped in front of us we were waiting. They continued with the guy. So after finally we get on the list, told us it would be another r0 or 45 minutes. We walked out! They tried to stop us then from leaving, but 1 of our party had already drove away. So out of the business rudeness they get a 1 star rating? We took our party of 4 to another restruant. Their lost n their tip!!

I've eaten there twice, both times the food is over seasoned and way too much salt. I had chili last time, it was so spiced up, couldn't eat it. The staff is OK, nothing to brag about as far as service.

It was awhile ago like two weeks but it was great as always. It is like a diamond in the rough. Burgers are TOTALLY AWESOME!
We as a family love Chili's. It's a great place to eat out with more than 4 people and not break the bank. HOWEVER this Chili's by Cabela's really let us down. We went on black Friday of this year, a normally very busy, profitable day for any establishment. We waited till mid afternoon when there wasn't such a rush, so we wouldn't have to wait as long. We were quickly seated, but then waited for about 5 minutes for our waitress to come see what we even wanted to drink. We'd picked our food by then so we went ahead and ordered everything at the same time. We got our drinks quickly and our chips and salsa, but then it took another 15 minutes to get my kids salads and my husband chili, which was spoiled itself or had an ingredient that was spoiled. It was awful. After getting those we waited another 15 minutes to get our food. Another waitress brought our main dishes. We asked that waitress for a side of mustard. Didn't bring it. Our waitress finally after we were halfway done with our meal finally walked by but didn't even check to see if we needed anything or if the food was okay. We finally had to flag her down to get the check, to which she was extremely irritated we were paying and tipping in cash instead of a card which meant she had to stop and actually help us instead of us using the table side tablet. She brought us the check and forgot our boxes, so we had to ask again for boxes and it took ANOTHER 5 minutes just for the boxes so we could go. It was RIDICULOUS. I don't know if she was new, or just didn't care, but it was the worst service I've ever had at Chili's.

Service wasn't good and you weren't busy. We went at 11 on Sunday. Waiter didn't even come back and ask if we wanted more to drink. He also was so shy you couldn't hear him talk. He also didn't come back and tell us to use the pay thing. We never saw him after our food was
