It really inspired me when Forrest Gump said, “Life is like a box or chocolates, you never know whatcha gonna get.” I’m a certified forklift operator and these guys asked me to drive them around on the forklift and they loved it so much that they bought their own forklift and it’s now sitting outside the restaurant. You all should come check it out and look. I ain’t from round here but Lord have mercy I’m gonna bust one when I get back home because I love Chili’s bro. Everytime I wake up I hope I see the general manager so I can shout out my boy Johnqauviois. Perchance.

It was a 30 minute wait to be seated which isn't a huge deal but then the wait time to get our food was about 45 minutes after we ordered. I ordered my steak medium-rare and it came well done. I had to ask for A1 sauce to eat it because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for them to cook it again. The waitress ignored us once we ordered and anything we needed we had to flag her down. The only time she came to the table to ask if we needed anything was at the end when she came to tell us how to pay. I'm usually not a picky customer but this particular visit was not the best for me.

The booths are very uncomfortable. They don’t allow you sit up straight. $4 for a tea. The food was acceptable. Nothing great.

i came to the restaurant ready to spend some money! i got here well before a hour and a half before closing! you guys were not that busy. i waited 10 minutes before getting my drink order took. she kept telling us she would be right with us. we waited at least 30 minutes for the appetizers. both of our appetizers between 2 people were almost complete and we still didnt get our food. we ended up taking our food to go because we were waiting for so long. my steak was overcooked. we didnt get the shrimp for the meal or the tortillas. i have come to this location multiple times because i have been fond with the service and the food overall; but tonights service made you lose a customer. you guys can do better. customer service was terrible overall from the door the hostesses ignored us and were both very disrespectful in service. the only person that handled us well tonight was kristin and she was not even our waitress of the evening.

Me and my family ate at Chili's after a ball game Sunday night food was good except, my mother's food had a hair in it..Under the broccoli it was disgusting 🤮 when we told the waitress the only thing we got was an attitude and a sorry, very rude sorry...we waited several times for her to come back for things..We asked for salt and pepper that took 10 minutes, the cheese sticks weren't hot when we got them..the rest of the food was amazing...Until we got ready to leave she decided to take herself a tip from me .didn't count back my change I'm from a small town we left a decent tip so I didn't count my change and she shorted me 5 bucks..Guess she thought she deserved that fives bucks for something special she didn't do...Remind you we left a decent tip in the table...Not to happy considering this is one of our all time favorite places to eat!!
Sarah was a great server. We love the West side chilies. The fajitas are great and the brisket quesadillas are tasty with a bit. Jalapenos in them. We used rewards for free salsa
