I ordered through the app. I paid for double protein and I did not get it. Skimpy meat portion as usual. Money wasted.
Every online order I have made has had a missing item in 2025. It has gotten so bad that it is my suspicion that it is being done intentionally to increase the store's bottom line. The reason I think this is the case is because every item that is missing with each order is an item with minimal markup from its cost to the business. I have also experienced this issue across the board at other chipotles in my area. This could end up costing Chipotle more in a lawsuit than what they're saving.

Visited this location twice. Both times were dine in. The first time, the tables and table area was too dirty to sit anywhere. We left and ate elsewhere. The second time, I was hoping would be better⊠we couldnât find a clean or even semi clean table to sit at⊠and it wasnât like crumbs left behind.. Iâm talking cheese, sour cream, lettuce.. we love chipotle but this location doesnât keep up with basic cleaning.

Best chipotle here in Wichita! It sucks because I live all the way on the west side, But itâs worth the drive. If you want to eat in a clean environment, I would recommend coming to this one.

30 minutes till closing and I get ignored when I come in and she continues cleaning and then they are out of food and didnt care to replenish any of it i feel like alot of ppl would still be coming in even around this time

Usually donât have an issue with this place, but tonight I had a young girl serving me who scooped out scraps of barbacoa for 45 seconds instead of getting out a new pan. The pan was completely empty while she fished through and got the scraps instead and put it in my salad. Wish I wouldâve just walked out. This is coming from a food service worker, too. Wild
If youâre gonna close because you donât have enough workers, you either one start paying your people better or to just close the business down about getting sick and tired of chipotleâs being closed when theyâre supposed to be open. This has happened so many times across the country in the past year just closer down.

These workers a diligent, under a very fast atmosphere, to keep the food cooked and the front supplied. They do a great job of team work to accomplish this. The front end team are kind, patient and diligent to keep up with a very fast pace and popular spot. They try very hard to keep the dinning area clean with the high influx of customers. Sometimes they get stormed with crowds and some things slip a little but they are only human! This is my favorite Chipotle Restaurant. Give them a try.

Manager of Wichita location on 29th street was TERRIBLE. BUT you can't do better than the food here. The meat is not treated it is purposefully higher quality meat. The seats aren't comfortable so I can't give the atmosphere a great marking. I'm not sure why anyone would have seats that have no cushions at a restaurant but it's becoming more popular that's for sure. People really not caring about the comfort of customers. I did have interaction with the manager and he is awful NOT TO CARE for customers. He did NOT care if I was a customer or not. Did not even make good the fact I had a meal given me with tomato sauce on it and I'm allergic to tomatoes. I never said yes to tomato sauce but somehow ended up with tomato sauce so when I went to a meeting because we took our food I couldn't eat. The manager was not willing to give me a meal to replace the one I had already paid for. I find that to be really bad customer service. They really don't care if you're a customer or not. As a woman who used to be called a ceo, I don't believe in anyone ever thinking anything but that the customer is always right. That's how it was when I was raised and now it's oh well you know you're going to be lying if you don't bring in your receipt or if we don't remember you. It's absolutely crazy how Nazi this world has become. People bus start speaking out and they must start standing up for others who are asking for their right to have food that they've paid for. If a company has been given money for food and the food was not what they paid for and was not possible to be eaten then the company make good their end of the lawful agreement.

Used to be my favorite location and seems to be getting worse and worse - especially with take out/pick up orders. The order never seems to be correct and portions are getting smaller each time. My order tonight was again not correct, and poorly made. Sad - chipotle used to be our favorite however itâs getting harder and harder to be a fan.
