Ordered on the mobile app, picked up from inside. My order came with a drink, and no drink was provided. Secondly, I opened my order at work and found it to be not what was ordered. I had a protein bowl, and I received a burrito with a hot sauce that I couldn't eat. I could t return since I was already back at work and back to my day.

Honestly, I don’t know how it stays in business. The last 5 times I have been here they have been out of most everything. I stopped ordering online because when you order online the line to pick up your food is often as long as the line waiting to order in the store. The customers are always complaining and staff is rude to them saying they are doing the best they can. I think the only reason they are in business is because of their location. Very unfortunate because it’s 6 blocks from my house. Sadly I am going to start going to Maple Ridge location. I have looked on the door for the owners number because I want to let him know what is happening before his profits start to decline. Hoping he sees this review because I would much rather drive 3 blocks to my favorite chain rather than the 3 miles to Maple and Ridge, but unfortunately, the consistency on the poor service is giving me no choice. It’s one thing if it happens every now and then. I shouldn’t have to go to a chipotle and think to myself before I open the door, “I hope they have steak and white rice tonight.” But sure enough, opened the door tonight, was in line for 3 minutes and they said, it’s going to be 10 minutes on chicken,” and then I kid you not, 2 minutes later I hear, “out of brisket.” I thought for sure they would be out of steak by the time I got there. Thankfully they had it. I grabbed my bag and walked out of the door of the Chipotle in New Market Sqare for the last time ever. Please fix so I can come back because maple and ridge is inconvenient.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere…. Ordered online 10 minutes before I got there and still had to wait another 10. That wouldn’t be an issue if they were super busy. But even ALL the people in the line were getting their food before they even started working on mine… They have a stand to pick up mobile orders that they don’t use. You have to go up and request your order… which is fine…. But there’s not even a sign saying you have to ask for it…. So you could be sitting there for an hour and never know you need to go ask them for your order….. or…. Just remove the mobile order stand since it doesn’t get used?
My food was half the amount you would usually get and they didn’t put the guacamole in my steak bowl so when I went back they said “that looks like the normal amount” and gave me a side of guacamole. I’ve had good experiences at other locations but this one was horrible. Don’t waste your money here.

Wait times are crazy long for online orders, good rule of thumb seems to be to order for pickup 30-40min before you intend to pickup. Absolutely insane they let it get this bad. With all this time you begin to notice how poorly maintained the eating area is. Dirty tables everywhere. No clean place to sit.
Food was fresh and staff was friendly highly recommended for quick service and fresh cooked meals

I normally don’t leave reviews but it feels like the last few times we’ve been here, Chipotle is just missing the mark. Most of the food is fine (my chicken was overcooked but at least edible), but we usually get a large bag of chips and when they get it right it’s amazing, but the last two times the chips have either been undercooked and chewy or (this time) way overcooked. I ended up just throwing them away they were inedible. Maybe set a timer? 😬

This chipotle always makes you wait for orders. they do the orders only when the time comes up to make the order. if we are here early, they ignore us. terrible service for pick-ups
