This is probably one of, it not the worst, Chipotle's in Wichita. They undercook the chicken, there is little to no flavor; you basically have to dress up your bowl to get some flavor. What happened to the days when you can get a plain bowl and taste all the seasonings? Every other bite is either gristle or fat. You'd think with them being so stingy they'd at least shave the chicken. How gross!

Horrible location! I ordered carne asada but they didn’t have it ready including other meats. They kept me waiting which would’ve been no big deal if only they had acknowledged me. No “I’m sorry”, no “It’ll be a moment”, no nothing. I was ignored and kept waiting for a half an hour. Still no “I’m sorry” when I did end up getting my food. I will never come back to this location ever again!

I have mixed reviews about this location. First off, I haven't tried many different food items there. I have had a chicken bowl and just did not like it, but it is a popular place, so it just wasn't for me in particular. I can say that their queso is really good, but the other day I ordered some with chips and none of the chips were cooked, so they were chewy. I will say something about the staff as I usually do in my reviews because great customer service should be implemented at every establishment because in my experience this day I came here, I felt shunned by the staff and I felt as though they were whispering about me in a rude manner. Was I overthinking.....possibly. The girl that filled my container of queso overfilled it and when she put the lid on, it squirted out the top. It was funny to all of us, but it wasn't funny that she put the queso in the bag and set my chips right on top of it and never wiped up the container. I got in the car not realizing it at the moment and pulled the chips out and set the bag on my lap for a second to get the queso out and now I have cheese all over my clothes 😫 and I wasn't finished at work yet, so that was pretty embarrassing the rest of the day. Altogether, I think the staff could use some better customer service skills and be a little happier to be there.
