Chipotle rarely disappoints! The barbacoa is stupendous. The staff was working hard to fulfill dine-in and mobile orders well. The self-serve beverage area was very clean! Thank you!

This was my first time ever eating at a Chipotle and I got overwhelmed cause I wasn't sure how to go about things. I saw a customer in front of me get something that actually looked neat and suitable for me. The workers there explained to me it was the kids meal for build your own tacos and helped me get my own ordered from beginning to end. They explained everything while on the line and made sure I got what I wanted. They helped so much and it is very appreciated. My social anexity doesn't always allow me to try new places or things and ordering somewhere new is terrifying. They helped and now when I go to a Chipotle in the future, I can easily get what I want since I know how it works. The kids meal is actually the perfect size for me!

There are other better chipotle in wichita. The staff is rude and doesn't care for customers. They don't even care to ensure that customer got everything they ask for but still make sure they charge for everything.

This Chipotle is absolute trash. I wouldn’t be leaving such a bad review had this only happened once, but every time I go, it’s the same song and dance. I get to the front of the line and they’re out…of everything. Tonight, they were out of pinto beans, fajita veges, steak and brisket, with nothing cooking or even close to ready. I asked if I could have some food from the to-go area and they said they weren’t allowed to do that. If I placed a mobile order…sure, I can have the burrito I want. If I go into the restaurant and wait in line, sorry, you’re out of luck. We’ve talked to the manager about this before, and still nothing changes. Why not offer a discount or free guac since I’m unable to get my burrito as desired. It’s ridiculous. Corporate needs to come in and completely overall this Chipotle. It’s embarrassing.

Our latest trip was disappointing. We ordered the burrito. When it was time to add guacomole and cheese sauce, the server added a generous amount of gauc but the server next to him scowled at the quantity he originally piled on and removed half. I was ok with that until we sat down and noticed we were charged extra for the dab of guacomole (2.35) and a tad of queso (1.40) added to the burrito. The original server was correct in giving a generous plop of gauc until the second server interjected. My gripe is that the condiments are not clearly posted that this section of the food bar are at an additional charge. The dining area was not clean and all of the outside tables were not wiped clean.
I have been here a couple times in the last month, the second time was a “trying to give it another chance” visit. The most recent that I ate there was yesterday. I did an online order, asked for double protein, and extra on all of the other ingredients for one of the bowls in my order. It had less food in the bowl, then one of the other bowls in our order. The chicken was so salty, and burnt that it was not even worth trying to eat. Definitely not worthy of the amount that you pay, which is really frustrating when that location used to be pretty good.

On the night of September 19, I ordered online against my better judgment but I worked overtime and still needed to feed my family. I spent a total of $60 to receive cold food that was not even prepared properly. This picture was supposed to be a bowl that had double brisket, double rice, corn, extra sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. What I received was burnt brisket, onions, peppers, and corn, and it was cold. I ordered 4 items and there was something wrong with each one. I tried to call but had to use the "Chat with Pepper" and I still have yet to receive a response. $60 is a lot to throw in the trash especially now!!!

For this location to be the newest location, it is the NASTIEST location. Windows and floors dirty, their work station where they serve the food was filthy...food was everywhere and the worker was using her gloved hands to scrape it back into the containers. The straw that broke the camels back..I ordered a quesadilla with rice and beans, she put the rice in the wrong section, used the same gloved hand to fist the rice in her HAND and moved it to the correct section!🤬

The last few times we've done mobile orders, they've all been refrigerator cold. We ordered tonight's dinner at 7pm. We live only a few minutes from this location. Again, all the food was refrigerator cold. My husband ordered tacos and one of the tortillas was stale. I ordered a burrito bowl and a few pieces were RAW! I usually eat steak rare but since I'm currently pregnant I can't have undercooked meat. I couldn't report it in the app because I already complained the food was cold, since there was already one thing reported on all the food, it wouldn't let me report the stale tortilla or the raw meat pieces.
