Went in and got a burrito I told the guy what I wanted on it and then he told me he had to double wrap it and so I said that's fine but then before thar I told him I wanted cheese guacamole and lettuce he only put cheese on it then wrapped it and I didn't feel like repeating myself so then I had to pay for a side of guacamole won't go to that location again!!

We had left a previous location, due to out of several food items, then came here.They said they were out of guacamole, even though we saw it sitting right there in front of us. They refused to give us any because they said it was for online Orders. But it was still sitting there after we ate and were getting ready to leave, we were there first before the online orders obviously showed up, so why would we not be served the guacamole?. I thought that was really rude. It should be first come first serve. They probably ended up, throwing it out in the trash at the end of the night, because they were waiting for ‘possible’ online orders to come through. We left pretty close to Closing time, so I’m sure it went in the trash.

Dined in on February 29, 2024 at 6:30pm yes it was busy as should be expected at dinner time. Employee on line to get toppings was rude. No guacamole, queso, or chips. Was rudely told they were out and not making more. Tables were filthy! Was not a pleasant experience and will not return to this location. General Manager needs to do a check in on this location stat!

First time customer at this one!!!Does anyone care about customer service anymore? If you dont like jobs dealing with people and manual labor….. dont apply for jobs that require interaction with a human being and actual physical movements. So lazy….Sat in drive for 7-10 minutes before the cleaning guy noticed me. The food was just thrown together. Looked like the burritos werent even wrapped correctly and the ingredients just piled on top of each other; no effort in mixing ingredients to make a consistent burrito. Steak was extra chewy/stringy at this location; gross and waste of my time and hard earned money.Maybe its this location. Go to the other ones for better service and people who know how to make a simple burrito. Wish they would live up to their commercials. The cost for being ignored in drive-through and getting a mess of burritos that were barely edible…..priceless

Good food, got it quick. The seating kinda sucks but the food is worth it.
Overall this chipotle is pretty solid! Location weather ordering through the app we’re going inside it’s all pretty good! Service is good and food is good! They also give a lot of food if you ask nicely. Ordering through the drive-through also is very nice and easy and quick. I would highly recommend this chipotle over others.

Typical Chipotle experience. It is not as good as it used to be. I find myself not liking it more and more every time I go. Same good, bad service, dirty place, underpaid workers. There Alot of better options out there now. I don't see them lasting more than 10 more years before major shut downs start happening.
