I went at lunch and it was busy. They had 7 employees all busily working. My bowl was large and the ingredients were perfectly prepared. I got the Barbacoa and it was very flavorful and tender. It was so good and a great value i am going back soon!

When I approached the restaurant, I sat in line for 15 minutes and they did not address me at all. There was no one in front of me. It was just me in line. I then asked them can they do sides of rice and chicken and they assured me they could. I have done this at different locations before and they tried to charge me twice the amount for half of the portion of the other locations. I am very disappointed in this and I will not be returning. Would not recommend.

Why do I keep thinking this place will get better and has not. Bad service, bad food every time. Spend alot of money here and live 2 min away but drive 20 because it's just bad here. Is it own by someone else? Please get on chipotle standers!

Paid an extra 7.25 cent for an extra scoop of brisket which is insane barely got a full scoop staff was trash and rude get rid of management and start over its rundown and terrible

Whyyyyyyyy did I think this place had gotten better and give them another chance?!! Like whyyyyy??!! The food was awful last time btw. Bro I’ve been in this drive thru for 25 minutes still ain’t got my food (well past order pick up ready time) and they ARE NOT BUSY!!!! No one in the store, I’ve seen one person check out and he’s made ONE order to put on pick up shelf so it ain’t that either…
Its was 10 min before someone even came to the window to ask the name for my order and still SITTING here!
Like it’s my fault for giving them another chance I coulda drove to any of the 3 other nearby locations and already been home with my food by now.

This place was a mess. The veggie/ dairy line containers were all floating because the ice was melted. The countertops were covered in dirty dishes and spilled food. The pop machine was spilling out ice onto the floor from the tray. Trash was overflowing. I did not order because it was disgusting. Who is managing this place???
