This is the best location in the whole state! Staff always friendly. Kids always have lots of fun we come here when we travel to Wichita.

I had my daughter’s birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. I put the wrong time on the invitation and all my guests showed up an hour late. The staff was incredible and pushed back our time slot and did whatever they could to fix my mistake. They were so kind and my daughter had a blast! If you’re wanting some 90s nostalgia for your kids bday, I can’t recommend this location enough.

We were there for an hour and never received our food. I went to the cashier she said no refund . I got pissed and got my $33.00 dollars back But what i noticed in the kitchen the cook was eating ice-cream. We will NEVER go back your place SUCKS

We enjoyed the whole experience. Had been 25 years since I had been and it was a blast. The new trampoline area is so worth the extra cost and perfect for younger children.
I was very pleasently surprised today! From when I was a kid, I remember Chuck E. Cheese as a fun place with greasy pizza and a bad smell. I went to a kid's birthday party today, and this place has changed! Still fun, but no bad smells and a very clean establishment! The pizza was delicious and not greasey! The salad bar was full of a fresh and tasty selection!

Today we went to Chuck E Cheese. There was no soap in the bathrooms. When I reported it to the front desk they stated they were out of soap. Yuck! 🤮 Employees/children/adults using restrooms and not washing hands with soap is disgusting,

Had my baby’s birthday party here . Stay was very slow checking us in . We had a party host that wasn’t around for most of the party , when I needed things I had to either go find her or ask the front . I probably won’t ever in life book a party here .party started late and we were rushed to leave .
