Half the games didn’t work, pizza was cold and super greasy. We enjoyed it as kids, so we brought our kids and they did not like it at all. No one else in the facility had any respect for me or my kids running around. Knocked my toddler over and knocked into me and I almost dropped my infant. It’s an $82 mistake that we will never repeat.

Kids used to love coming here. Got the gold membership and it’s really began to suck. Food is always cold when you get it,more than half the games don’t work,but if you aren’t aware they’re down they still take play points for it. Service is really slow. Thinking about switching to Dave and busters.

All the good games are broken. Most of the games in general are broken. The employees dont do anything but stand around and talk. You cant get service for anything. They obviously have no intention of fixing the games either. The play pass is a rip off bcuz it tells u "u scanned to quickly" meaning u cant play back to back. But when u swipe a game and its broken u have to wait a few minuted to play another. The price for pay pass would b good if it was any other place. Its a rip here. Also 12 dollars per kid for the trampoline? Theres 2 trampolines shoved in a tiny corner. Thats insane and a rip off. "But its all you can jump" its 3 jumps max that any kids gonna do in there because it sucks and is boring. I didnt see any kid stay in long because it is so absolutely tiny. This place sucks. The pizza was edible but good luck getting your cups and plates

I found it to be expensive. For a Wednesday. For two adults and one 3year old. A lot of games down. A smaller Chuck E. Cheese for sure. Salad bar didn’t have much on it. One medium pepperoni pizza, one salad bar, two drinks, a water, one hour play card. Totaling $70. Only one kid playing.

Place has gone way down hill since I was a kid. Most of the games don't work and there isn't a play place anymore.
Bought a membership here, came the same morning when they opened at 11AM. I went to the cashier since I was trying to figure out how to use the membership. Waited about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me standing there, they were blatantly ignoring me. 3 teenagers probably in there early teen years. Just standing around talking. Later I Went back up to the cashier since half the games in the arcade aren’t working and the trampoline park is closed so I wanted to get points back. Waited about 10 minutes then just walked off because no staff could be found. My suggestion, don’t buy the membership here. Half the games are broken and the customer service is lacking in many areas. If half of the amenities are closed it doesn’t make the membership worth it and trying to get help from the staff seems impossible.

Jeremy is the greatest employee ! He was very friendly, patient, and had excellent customer service !!!!! Chuck E came out twice in the 1.5 hours we were there and danced with the kids. The games were great for young kids , pizza was hot and fresh, and overall service was awesome!!
