Hey staff was amazing considering there was only two of them for all the stuff that they had to go through five birthdays or more tonight and only two employees they were running their butts off granite it did take almost 3 hours for a pizza in a 10 piece of wings staff was amazing though I was very upset with how long it took but I totally understood usually don't have any problems just really need more staff

Maybe it's just my 9 year old nostalgic brain thinking I would walk back into a chuck E Cheese and expect to see the band set up in the corner, or the man himself still wearing that iconic purple shirt and khaki pants. Wasn't I surprised that 34 years takes a huge turn in the children's entertainment industry!! The whole dynamic is different and this is more like a club scene with rides and games rather than glow sticks and a bar.I was really thinking ? how much it would be cool for my daughter to meet Chuck, much like I did back in the day. Well, we locate him and I take her towards him...I'm glad she doesn't identify scents like I can!! Because when I say I smelt an odor of pot...I mean I could've possibly caught a contact high!!! Unbelievable. Tikes don't need to be around that! But...who are we? Just another number at the door...Do better CEC...seriously

A very sad place to go, at least 50% of the games didn’t work, most had damaged controls. The atmosphere was chaotic, employees demonstrated 0 motivation and professionalism. Will not recommend and will not return.

**update** I had rated the experience as 2 stars. When we were redeeming tickets I wanted to let the manager know that they had a bunch of games down. His name was Jeremy and he did a fantastic job showing that he genuinely cared and offered us some credit for next time. I didn't ask for anything or expect that so it was really appreciated. Changed to 5 stars bc of the people. We paid for two cards with 60 minutes of unlimited play ($62). I counted 11 games that didn't work at all. We spent a ton of time trying to find games that actually worked. We told a worker and he was very nice and said he'd tell the manager. I never saw anyone come to fix them. Not a great experience for $60 for an hour. All of the employees were nice enough and the place was relatively clean but if the games don't work, then what's the point?

As a parent, I wish I could hate it, but my kids had a great time. The staff was all very friendly, and my kids felt like they were transported to kid-world. The time cards are a good choice for a company aimed at young kids with short attention spans.Kid-friendliness: 5 stars. Even my infant was enjoying looking at everything before he took a nap

My daughter had such a great time on her birthday. It was everything she hoped for, and even the adults got to enjoy some games.

This location is very clean and they are always working to keep the games working. We've had nothing but friendly service. The kids absolutely love it! I haven't had the food, but with the all you can play cards, this is a great spot to take the kids for an hour or two!

I mean, it is a fun spot for kids, but it looks like children are running the place. The doorman wasn't quite doing his job with the hand stamping and checking process. There were people(same) shuffling in and out over and over with kids in tow, and the doorman wasn't checking their stamps to verify. When my own family went to leave, we were checked, but I couldn't verify that we all had the same stamp number. These days, I think the doorman position needs to be conducted by someone who just might be able to stop a would-be abductor.

Look, I am not one to usually make a bad review. but this place when you first walk in after not being there for a long time you think oh my they really upgraded in here! But then you buy game play (DONT BUY POINTS BUY TIME) a majority of the games don’t work. You will be charged the credit to oky but you can’t actually play. There were like 10+ games that had 80+ credits remaining because everyone tried and no one can. It’s great for a small child who doesn’t understand the concept of what they can’t do. And even the staff was stand off ish like whoever wore the Chuck E. Cheese costume acted like they hates being there. It was sad to see what this place has come to.. it’s cheap and probably only worth it for kids 6 and younger, but overall you’d be better off going somewhere that costs more to at least be able to let you kids play actual games.
