I drove through this location a little after 1pm on July 18, 2025 and ordered (and got charged for) the 12pc Mixed Family Meal which should have included 3 of each: legs, thighs, wings, and breasts. When I got home and started dishing up plates, I found 6 legs and 6 thighs. No breasts or wings. There were no other vehicles in line at the drivethru, so I'm sure it wasn't a case of mistaken orders, just rushed employee maybe? No problem. Tried to call the phone number on the receipt (and website) for hours after and they never once answered the line.
Chicken was good, but wasn't what I ordered, and a business open to the public but won't answer the phone...big red flags.
I will only go back there if they refund the difference between the two meals, or provide me with the pieces I paid for. Makes sense, doesn't it?

Had a mishap with our order and was told by the general manager to come back the next day since it was so late and she would make it right. When I say she did more than make it right hunty did exceptionally! We got there and didn't have to debate about what when where why and the kids were happy and I was grateful to not have to cook before work 😊 thank you Kai! Appreciate the professionalism and honoring your word.

06/21/25 ordered a 3pc Combo st 08:42pm, it is now 09:02pm and still waiting for the order. This location is not that busy. Almost $15:00 for a fast food meal, this is ridiculous. Oh, by the way, still no food!!

The worst Church's Chicken I think I've ever been to chicken strips almost non-existent in the grease was burnt so everything tasted burnt
Went there for chicken sandwich had to waitv20 mintues at drivevthru... then they don't have chicken sandwiches.. then I order wings combo meal but they were out and the wait was over 20 30 minutes. WTH. It is a chicken place!.

This is the closest one to my house so it makes sense to go however the customer service is lacking. They don't explain anything & give u a bunch of packets u never asked for. They come off rude. Can u hire my customer servicey people?
