This idiot, Mike Jizzini, needs to pull his head out of his behind. I went to the Church's Wichita website and printed off some coupons. When I ordered, I said I have a coupon for....then was abruptly cut off with, "We don't do coupons". I said thank you and left.Well Mike if you don't do coupons then me and my family don't do Church's.

All 5 of my chicken strips were way overcooked. I couldn't even bite into them. I was able to chew on one of them, but the other 4 are in the trash. Very disappointing.

Let me start off by saying if I could give a zero, I would. I knew walking in and saying hello and being ignored, it wasn't gonna be good. One girl was working the drive-thru while two young men stood in back on their phones doing absolutely nothing until prompted by the lady. My wife and I had to wait a very long time for our order while customers came and went both inside and out. Upon getting our order (chicken strips and okra) we noticed my wife was given hardly any okra at all and the ones she did get were flat and hard. The biscuits were hard and cold and her apple pie had zero frosting on it. Terrible experience all around! To make matters worse the place was filthy and I feel the health and safety department needs to make a visit. Whoever the owner is must not care either. I'd be embarrassed to put my name on this restaurant.

When I drove around the building to get to the drive thru all of the employees were outside smoking, when I was able to place my order there was a lady with a scar on her face she was very rude and I mean VERY rude I’m not sure why anyone would hire her, she also gave me the wrong order, I did not want to hear her mouth or have to step out of line so I did not go back to get it fixed.

Just taking the survey wasn’t enough. Marqua gave EXCELLENT customer service and the honey butter glazed biscuits made me do a happy dance. It sounds so simple but it really made my not so great day so much better.
