who ever is the manager here has to learn how to run a restaurant. they never have full menu one hour prior closing and they don’t have chicken tenders. other time they are short of other stuff i can’t blame the staff but management must make sure they have what they need.

Terrible customer service. The employees are employed at churches chicken to work. It took them a while to get to the speaker at the drive-through. And then everything that I wanted to order is out of stock? I get to the front to pay for what I was able to get and they’re out of condiments? Out of items or are the employees just not wanting to do the job they applied for and accepted? Would not recommend this location. Customer service was absolutely terrible.

If you enjoy your money being stolen from you, then this is the place for you. I just LOVE it when they don't have any food in stock and when you place an online order they refuse to give you your money back when you ask them to cancel the order because they LITERALLY don't have any food to give out....

Customer service is terrible, coming inside you get treated like an inconvenience for the employees. The cashier couldn't even take my order correctly because he couldn't put his phone down. Waiting 5 mins for cold food is probably the worst part. Is it's going to be come at least be quick about it!

Ordered online- 2 crispy ckn sandwiches and fries - pick up order - get home to find they had given me the “value” ckn sandwiches- assuming it was an honest mistake I call… and the girl working says “yeah we don’t have those they didn’t come in and we can’t control the app so you’ll have to contact them” so instead of telling me they don’t have it and asking if I want something else - they gave me the awful value ones that are equivalent to a mcchicken from McDonalds - we fed them to dogs and now went to kfc - that’s about the shadiest transaction I’ve had in years ! Now I have to wait on a response through the app for a refund - extremely disappointing!

Instead of playing games on their phoned and cursing at each other about bs behind the counter, the kids here could be cleaning up the bathroom that has no soap, toilet paper, or hand towels.

It’ll be absolutely not one customer in the building or line and they still will have you pull up and wait for ten minutes on a order that you have to check cause half the time it’s wrong. Worst service ever
10-2-24 7pm they close at 10pm. They didn't have anything! I asked for spicy chicken, they were out of spicy chicken so I got regular chicken. We wanted two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and one side of spicy rice, they were out of spicy rice and they only had one thing of mashed potatoes and gravy so I asked them how long it would be before they had more made and they said they were not making anymore.. it was 3 hours before close! So I asked for a side of mac and cheese and a side of okra they didn't have either one! I ended up with one side of mashed potatoes and gravy and two sides of coleslaw, who wants two sides of coleslaw? The regular chicken tasted weird and was very dry like it was from yesterday or recooked I don't know what was going on with it, we threw the chicken away. We definitely won't be back to this location

Went and ordered 3 wings, corn on the cob,and jalapeños. The wings tasted like chicken jerky. It was so dry, so I fed it to my trash can. It is nothing like Church's years ago on 9th and Hillside. Won't do that again.
