We had to wait for 20 minutes for them to bring our food out. When they did they forgot our drinks and had to go back inside. Then, forgot all the sauces. Went back inside to ask for them and the workers were vaping by the food. Didn’t apologize. Insanely horrible service.

The woman who helped us went well above and beyond our expectations in fulfilling our order. We had to wait for some of the chicken to be cooked but she gave us part of the order as we were very hungry. The employee suggested The ideal choice and then brought it out to us when it was complete. We left the restaurant satisfied and happy.
Kid-friendliness: Picky teenage boy stuffed himself with chicken. He loves the fried okra.
They had one guy named Alon T, he was awesome. His customer service is what we need today. Keep up the amazing work... thank you

Sec bad experience in last mo. 1st time I ordered and pay in app and go to location no one answers intercom. I pull around and honk for 5 min the girl sweeping floor ignore me. Finally guy come to window completely unaware of upcoming order .he made it sent it out and I spent remainder of shift sick and missing next night I deleted app. Decided tonight to try diff location. I ordered chicken fried steak dinner and for 10 bucks I got a box with a cup of mac and cheese cup of gravy for the steak and a biscuit. That was it.i ask and she says mashed not included. So apparently neither is a plate or drink. I took pic but no option here to post it
