I stopped by Church's to get 3 2-pieces boxes of chicken. Upon returning home and biting into the chicken, it was dry and over cooked?. This is the second time this has happened. I don't know if the chicken had been sitting there for hours or the warmers were on to high. I thought Church's opening back up after being closed for a few years would be exciting, but actually, it has been trash. At this point, just close down.... I'm tired of buying burnt over cooked chicken.

1st of all I ordered a 16pc tender and I got 11 pc..I order all the time the same thing and it's fine but today it's all wrong 2nd I ordered and extra side I paid for and they didn't even gave it to me and in top of that tenders where cold like wth are they running in there 3rd the person who took my ordered didn't even let me finish putting my order in when she was giving me a total already

The chicken is flavorful without being to spicy. I have been to 2 locations in Wichita and have found that they have the friendliest staff. Really nice folks.

Definitely the SLOWEST location. Ordered at the drive-thru then proceed to pay and I’m asked to pull forward due to them making fresh jalapeño poppers for my order. Okay so I pull forward and proceed to wait an additional 30 minutes while cars who have pulled up BEHIND ME get their food before I do when I’ve been waiting a long period of time. Will not be returning, this is ridiculous.

Slowest place in town sat in a drive thru with on 5 vehicles and waited 35 mins to order and took 55 mins over all just to get a chicken sandwich. Finally get up to the window and all the staff are dancing and goofing off... by time I left the line was in the street and no cars moving at all. I will never come back to this location!

TERRIBLE!!!! Waiting forever for anyone to answer the drive thru I had to pull around twice. When ordering my meal, the cashier grumbled Oh My God…. After I paid, he asked me to pull around, (even though I’m the only one in line there’s nobody behind me) I said ok and as I’m putting my receipt and money way in my wallet he aggressively tells me to pull forward. I then tell him I will I’m putting away my card and to calm down. So I pull forward and I wait. and wait and wait. When he finally brings my order out, he has to walk down a ramp and around a corner to get to my car he throws the bag at me which I only catch by one handle. As he turns away, I ask him where my drink is and he yells at me he’s going to get it. He takes off again back into the restaurant huffing and puffing comes back with my ice tea and there’s no straw. I ask for a straw. He ignores me and continues to walk back in the restaurant I ask again is it in the bag? Which then he turns around and screams this time I’M GETTING IT!!! That’s when I decided to drive away as I turned the corner I noticed a manager outside talking to a bunch of people, and I told them that they looked like they were about to loose an employee, that the guy inside was losing his mind. When I got home with the food of course the order was incorrect! Lol how could it not be. So I had asked for an eight piece mixed. I got an eight piece chicken and thighs. I asked for mashed potatoes and then an extra side of macaroni and cheese. There was only mashed potatoes in the bag and there was no biscuits and there was no sauces. I called immediately and somebody answers the phone KFC and then corrected herself. When I asked to speak to a manager she tells me that he’s in “meeting”. So he was still out in the parking lot talking to ppl. I will never go back. Whoever paid a bunch of money to own this franchise really needs to look at what their team is doing.

My husband literally just had the absolute worst experience at this location. He placed the order via the drive-thru, and the guy who took the order could NOT have been more RUDE. It was so bad, my husband wanted to ask for the manager, but figured as it was Sunday at 1:45 in the afternoon, and if the order taker was that bad, how would the manager be of any help. Well let me tell you. The order taker was asked to repeat the order back, and he got super upset, even with the manager standing next to him!!! So my husband repeated the order for a third time, and we still did not get the correct order!!!
Maybe it’s too much to ask for at least decent customer service these days?! Seems to me, he and the manager both need to be fired.

The chicken was over cooked the mash potatoes and gravy are from a box disgusting threw away. Mac n cheese could of been good if it was hot it was cold.. biscuits jalapeño okay but kinda hard.. and ranch nasty.. very low quality food in my experience.. wichita ks went to 2 different places this thinking be different was same just absolutely disgusting I couldn't even give to my dogs they wouldn't eat it.. that's bad cuz they eat everything.. never again wasted my time and money gotta step food quality up and temp of food..

All in all not terrible. Ordered chicken strips. Mix of classic and spicy. Mashed potatoes with brown gravy. Okra. Received 6 each regular biscuits and jalapeno biscuits. The food was good. Mashed potatoes were instant. Worse than KFC. The brown gravy was better. My only real complaint. I ordered ahead thru the Website. Arrived about 5 minutes before it was supposed to be done. They had not even began to prepare my order. I am giving them a 3 star on atmosphere. Simply because the inside was clean
