I tried their new shrimp and chicken strips bundle I would have loved the shrimp except they left the tails on I can't stand it when they deep fry the tales not to mention our order took over 20 minutes to get to us not the best service but I guess for the price I still enjoyed itParking: They make you pull up but there's minimal space to really Park and they take way too long to bring you your order

I had the eight piece and coleslaw and four biscuits I wanted the baked mac and cheese and they had a problem with their containers so I substituted that with corn and they turned around and gave me two extra pieces of corn which was outstanding but me the chicken just tasted blah everything else was

Waited 20 minutes to get our food, found out they gave our food to someone else. Offered us an apple pie for the inconvenience but then forgot the pie lol. When we got our food the okra was over cooked and tasted like it was fried in old grease. Chicken tenders were juicy but tasted weird. Mac and cheese was good so was the mashed potatoes. There was only one friendly person working the other employees avoided eye contact and ignored the customers. Not worth the money to come back.

Walked inside went straight to the counter to order, there was 2 men behind the counter noone greeted us not even a "lll be right with you," very silent no eye contact waited about 10 mins finally someone came from the back and asked "how can I help you" still no eye contact looking at the computer ready to key in our order, no smile very low voice, the music on blast, after putting our order in, he handed the Receipt and walked away no Thank you or anything. When our order was done he just sat it on the counter and walked away didn't let us know it was ready, getting home they didn't put our sauces in the bag! idk bout you but chicken without sauce kinda sucks lol anyway this place needs better customer service. Should have went to Popeyes lol

I love Church's but this was awful fellas. Chicken strips were warm not hot. Chewy old dry. I just moved to the area. Paid full price. No coupons, and got the worse.. Geezeus fellas I know you can do better.

Ofcoarse wrong order then the kid in the drive threw got smart with me because they didn't have 4 apple pies just 2 and wanted to replace them with biscuits wich I said was fine . There was nobody in uniform and they were all playing around! I called when I got home to tell them my order was wrong and there suggestion was to come back to the store in a snow storm to get the rite order. Needless to say never again. Now I know why this location is never busy

I went to the drive through and placed my orders. I was told there would be a 12 minute wait for a 3 piece dark meat. I pulled forward to wait because I really wanted their chicken. Other cars were waiting also. 20 minutes later cars had come and gone I pulled back around to the window and was told there is now a 6 minute wait on my 3 piece spicy chicken . I’m confused about what is happening. Then I’m assuming it was the manager talking to me who is dressed inappropriately and getting an attitude with me. Then she just closes the window in my face and walks away! Finally I get my food. I get home and my tenders are not spicy and I had requested white gravy and they gave me the dark gravy. Very disappointing

It's an off taste Isn't only what I can come up with is old grease taste. Churchs On thirteenth street is way better taste like it used to. So I know it's something they're doing here wrong.

This location has gone downhill, very fast heading towards rock bottom like the location on Pawnee. This was an amazing place! Food was always fresh, consistent and service was awesome. Now food flavor and taste changes every time, most items are cold, bland and gushy, gooey or chewy like plastic. Location is sticky and dirty, customer service is terrible. The employees are focused more on each other and their appearance, fixing their hairs, pants and shirts and having full on personal conversations with each other, completely disregarding customers. You feel the difference as soon as you open the door and walk to the service counter. Maybe time part ways with the Old favorite Churchs.
