I try to support local businesses so for the past 2 years I’ve been purchasing gift cards from Churn and Burn to give out for the holidays. I purchased them online and went to pick up at the store. I was informed by the person behind the counter that 1. They don’t offer gift cards online (?) and 2. They are out of them. I asked about a refund. She took my name and number and said the manager was supposed to be in at 2pm and would call me. Well, about 6 hours later I hadn’t heard anything so I called the store. I spoke to the manager and he said that it was going to be refunded.I guess what disappoints me is the lack of communication and courtesy. No one emailed or called to let me know my order wasn’t able to be fulfilled and then didn’t follow up after I stopped in to pick them up. No apologies for the miscommunication or anything. It shouldn’t be the customer doing all the work to give a place business.

I used to order here frequently, but over time service has gotten significantly worse and the quality of food. I ordered ice cream and only recieved the ice cream without any of the additional sauces I paid for. On numerous occassions have had missing items or little effort in delivering quality products.

Since not enough time has passed for me to rate my grubhub order that occurred today, I will be leaving a google review. Im very disappointed by yet another grubhub fail for churn and burn. Id highly reccomend an increase in quality control for grubhub orders. Churn and Burn is one of my favorites to order from on grubhub. The quality of the drinks and the cookie dough bombs I get are always at a level of excellence, which makes it that much more frustrating that my experience with churn and burn through grubhub is consistently tainted because every single order has either something wrong, something missing, or Ive somehow been allowed to order something that was out of stock, so Im given something I didnt order and didnt want. This is not a one time thing I do want to emphasize. As a special treat I love getting the sprinkle cookie dough bombs. That is the only one I like and want, I have zero interest in the other kinds. Today grubhub claimed the sprinkle ones were in stock and thats what I ordered. Imagine my incredible disappointment not only to find that for a second order in a row Im provided no utensils or straw, but Ive been given chocolate chip cookie dough bombs, and my drink has a weird pink ish whipped cream, something that never goes on my C and B classic, it should be white. I would have been placated and been much more understanding if the person who prepared my order left a note in my order explaining their error in allowing me to order something they were out of stock on, hence giving me the wrong flavor and explaining why my drink has a weird colored whipped cream. Maybe they were out of regular white whipped cream. Whose to say because I received no such note with an apology for the inconvenience. The cherry on top was again getting no utensils or straw for a drink that requires at least one of those two times in a row now.Are you all out of stock of utensils and straws? Again, whose to say since this is not the first time this has happened to me. Im overall just so disappointed and frustrated. Ordering something fun from grubhub is a rare treat for me. Its always pretty expensive once you add in all of the fees and tip, so I 100% expect my order to be 100% accurate and I 100% expect to be provided with utensils and a straw. If this was a one off situation I wouldnt say anything, but like I said, this has happened so frequently that my frustration is high and my patience for excusing chronic multiple instances of error and incompetency has run out. Im providing this feedback in the hopes that whomever is in charge of the grubhub orders works to improve quality control. And please keep your options up to date. Dont let a customer order something you dont have.

I can't believe I'm only just now finding this place!! I had some ice cream mochiato drink with an extra shot of espresso....my mouth is watering now just thinking about it. Fabulous!
I enjoyed my drinks. They we delicious. It's something I would grab on the go. The building itself has potential to be a great hang out atmosphere for the family. I would suggest games, pick a theme for the Decor, and keep the floors clean and bright. Will come back for more!!!

Awesome!We stopped in to Churn & Burn because we were on a nostalgic trip through memory lane and had heard that we could find signs and memorabilia from Joyland Amusement Park. We had fun sampling and choosing tasty ice cream combinations and posing for pictures. A gem!

We went in to churn and burn last night, and as always it was delightful. Anissa is always excellent at giving us recommendations. The Joyland decor reminds me of my childhood. Unfortunately last night we got to witness some customers treating the workers very unkindly, which was very disappointing.
