Food was good.. ordered 3 pizzas with extra sauce on each one and that was not done. The flatbread had no sauce and was hard could not eat it . Other than that was pretty good and clean..

The lady at the front was rude and speaking spanish on her cellphone the entire time I ate. Her family came in and ate for free with free drinks. Meanwhile the manager came to my table to “verify I had water in my cup” or if I needed to be “charged for a drink” No fresh cinnamon rolls were brung out. And I was completely disgusted after my encounter with the big bald guy. I will not be coming back. Poor management.

I really regret the fact that this is the only Cici's Pizza that we have left in town but every time I go there The Vibes are so nostalgic they've got the little play area with the video games but all you can eat buffet and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating

Came to have dinner with our son to celebrate him. Staff lacks customer service the girl at the register isn’t friendly, most pizzas on the line up only had a couple pieces left so couldn’t immediately dish up. Dirty sticky tables, dirty dishes stacked up ( it wasn’t busy) and ice machine for pop kept getting stuck. For the price it isn’t worth it.

Weekly customer as it was my favorite as a child and now my sons favorite pizza place. Traveled an hour, came in said 2 plus drinks( even held up 2 fingers) lady asks if I want a red or togo cups, I say the red cup. She rings me up I pay, my son and I find a table, get drinks, use the bathroom and then we get pizza. All just to sit down with my 5 year old just to get them wanting me to come pay because they only ran me for 1 person. Don't argue with me why you messed up. As im trying to politely fix your mistake by paying. Control your WIFE. There shouldn't be a language barrier at the register. Sorry she couldn't understand basic English and 2 fingers
Cicis used to be one of our family's favorite places to eat. Years ago we visited our first Cicis while in Oklahoma and were blown away by the quality of the food. I recall their pizzas being so flavorful and appetizing. The buffet was just a bonus! So when Cicis finally made it to Wichita, we rejoiced. Our family went a lot over the years, first with our children and then our grandchildren. But sadly, we began to notice a decline on each visit. And as the quality and service declined, so did our visits. It seems there is no longer the effort to stock the buffet line with fresh pizzas like in the past during down times. Also the restaurant consistently appears dirtier than in the past. We were there with our two grandkids about a week ago and we had trouble finding a clean table. It was an hour after the lunch rush and there were only 2 or 3 other families there besides ourselves. So I'm really perplexed why there had been no effort to service the tables. And as I feared the pizzas on the buffet line were not fresh at all. I suspect most of it was just leftovers from the lunch crowd. Poor and very unappetizing. I certainly don't feel I got the same value for my money that the lunch crowd probably got. These are the main reasons we seldom eat here anymore. I did visit the feedback address posted at the table and left a review of our experience. And I did receive a response from the store owner Troy. He explained that their buffet line stops at 2pm and transitions to a personal buffet to your table. He also acknowledged that the staff apparently failed to do this on the particular day we visited. I was not aware of this change. And apparently this fact is not posted on their website either. He was apologetic and offered to send me a couple of vouchers in the mail to use on our next visit, which we did receive. We'll give it another go some day and I'll provide an update here if needed.
