Very good chocolate and other assortment. Very friendly staff.
My new favorite! Awesome tea and chocolate chip cookie!!! I will definitely be back.
Great coffee and desserts. Service is excellent and macaroons were so yummy. Drinks are priced right and desserts are a little pricey but worth the great quality.
The chocolate is good. But their customer service is pretty lousy, especially if you're a first timer who is unaware of their selection. Asked for a brief breakdown of their products and a suggestion, and the female at the register seemed annoyed, pretty nonchalant and blasé. Kind of snooty and uppity as well, and that's a massive turnoff.
Secondly, the prices don't match the product received. We get it, the chocolate is good. But for the price, let's be real, it's beyond inflated. I guess the goal is to market this place as an upscale chocolate facility, but it all comes off as, well...snooty, and unjustifyably I might add.
I can say I've been there, cool. But it's a hard pass on ever going again, and everyone I meet will hear about my isolated experience here.
Very expensive, but if you have money to burn, this is your place.
Good coffee, chill space and good service
Extremely good gourmet chocolates and coffee. The chocolates come at a pretty steep price, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Makes for fantastic gifts or treats for a special occasion, and they have tons of unique options and flavors.
We come here just once a year at Christmas time. But it's a highlight. Cappacino, Lattes, Chocolate, Cheesecake Or Macarons - everyone has a favorite!
Great environment. Very cool idea!
I came in yesterday to do some Christmas shopping and was delighted with the service here! Despite it being busy season, all the employees were so kind and willing to answer my questions. Evan and Savannah were incredibly helpful. I will be back!!!

The shop is very nice & everything I've tried has been wonderful. My sister's, my daughter and myself started going to the West side location after going looking at Christmas lights 1 year and have continued the tradition. This year we my brother-in-law and my nephew came with us and we went to the East side location in Bradley Fair. It was extremely busy and the seating was limited. The staff was less than customer-friendly and almost off putting... I had never ordered ice cream before and told the young lady at the register that I had not had a chance to look at the ice cream selection and wanted to know if I should go look at it real quick or could she tell me what they had. She just asked she just asked me if I wanted a single or double if I wanted it in a cone or a cup dipped or not and that they would take care of it down there. She didn't tell me that I had to tell them and wait there I have always had them bring my order to me I had no clue and I didn't like the way she was so curt with me. I had stood at the counter waiting and never was asked if I needed anything receive no kind of acknowledgment so I assumed I didn't wait there to give them my order and went to sit down. I sat there for a little while before I asked my daughter to go up there and harass them about my ice cream. She was embarrassed but it was better her being embarrassed than me being rude about it because they were rude to me by never acknowledging me when I was standing there and rude when I paid for it and it left a bad taste in my mouth for this establishment unfortunately 😐 I understand it's busy this time of the year, but I think as a former retail worker if you are going to act like this when it gets busy no matter what time of the year it is that's how you're going to act to the customers no matter what whenever you get busy and frazzled and that's who's representing your business it doesn't matter how stupid acting or silly you think the customer is ultimately it's our two or three bucks at a time that is paying those wages so put a smile on and then endure our stupidity so you don't ruin the reputation of the business
Everything is delicious and great
The only thing was that we asked for boiling hot but our coffees were a bit colder than expected
Overall great atmosphere
Nice people, great chocolates, delicious hot coco…but it all comes at a cost, a really expensive cost. The chocolates are really expensive, crazy expensive for what you get…to expensive. Also, the service is slow, on busy nights plan on waiting 20-30 mins just to get a drink, and standing room only, not ideal for a relaxing evening. So, this is an easy pass for me, there’s other chocolate places in town that pretty much make the same chocolates (some better some not), sell them cheaper, and provide consistent service appropriately per volume of customers at a given time. I really want to recommend this place, but the exorbitant prices and relaxed attitudes on customer service just don’t line up right with each other and I feel uncomfortable going here.
I do not recommend this establishment to my family, friends and all who read this review at this time. If they reduce prices and implement proper customer service protocols (and maybe not ask for a tip when you have to do all the work and stand around for 30 mins for a cup of hot chocolate) I would recommend this place. Until then, happy shopping!!
Stopped in for some Gelato. Unfortunately their cooler was down and they had limited options. I picked the kahlua tiramisu, which I hadn't tried before. I liked it and don't regret it.
Thier chocolate and hot chocolate are top tier. They have alcohol to pair with chocolates too. Yummy cookies and pastries too. Everyone loves this place.
