Perfect ice cream cake! Great staff! The girl that did the writing on the cake did great and was super nice.

Understaffed on a Friday night. 30 min line. Only one of the two people working were taking care of customers at a time. People are walking out.

So addicting…love trying out the new flavors. I tend to stick to the birthday cake remix!!

I ordered a signature creation mint chocolate chip. it should have chocolate chip, brownie and fudge…If you are not attentive when they prepare it, they do not add all the ingredients, they forget the brownie :( …. 😡

We constantly adore the ice cream. However, we have had some unease with the services provided there. However, today's worker was incredibly kind and efficient despite working alone. I hope she has a coworker who can help her.I appreciate her .

We arrived at the restaurant at 9:07 PM, and stayed for about 35 minutes. There were two employees working, but only one was managing the line while the other focused on cleaning for closing. Having worked in fast food for many years, I know that customers should always come first. Additionally, the employee who was cleaning was extremely unfriendly, which contradicts the promise statement on the wall about providing a friendly experience. This experience occurred on 08/14/2024 at closing time.

Service is insanely slow. It should not take 30 minutes to serve ice cream. They're desperately understaffed for the amount of business they receive. Until they hire more people and serve their customers in a timely manner, I cannot recommend this location.

Visited today and there was only one person working. The poor thing was running back and forth serving a line of people and didn’t stop once. It’s despicable the owners would let an employee work the night by themselves and not come in to help.

After a recent visit I noticed on my bank statement the total didn't match what I tipped. It was only a 5 dollar difference- not a big deal. I called the store and spoke to the manager that claims they "don't save cc receipts" even tho it was 48 hours ago which seems insane to me. The manager was extremely rude and offered zero help. Coldstone is Coldstone I can go to any location and get the same ice cream but I will not go back to this location with rude and dishonest staff.
