Ice cream was great presentation was poor didn't look like the pictures. Very busy and short staff but friendly service. If you're counting calories get the like it size which is there small.

Service was great. 2 young ladies working, and they got slammed. They worked through and with a smile. Great Job! Tried some different flavors all were good. Especially the apple pie. So good !

This place is AMAZING! I live out of state, across the country, and I ordered a cake for my sister (for her birthday) to be delivered same day. They specifically wrote Happy Birthday on that cake for her without me even having to ask! Made her day which means the world to me!

I love their ice cream, don’t get me wrong, however I also don’t enjoy seeing an employee vape in the lobby. I could understand the back or outside even, but in the lobby, facing a room full of customers.

In all honesty this was the worst experience we had going to cold stone. We have been buying ice cream and cakes for many years in many different locations throughout the US and yet, we have never encounter, a more mediocre ice cream, that tasted very fatty/buttery, and the waffle cones that were stale and soggy. The location was very unkept. It made me uncomfortable to be eating there. It made new wonder how the prep area may be kept. The staff was young and courteous but perhaps, a little reminder of what customer service should be may be needed. Gloves must be change in between customers, if you handle money, do not handle food please. Do not sit on the counters. I am telling you because I value the quality of your product and it bothers me to think it has deteriorated to this low level. Thanks for the opportunity to provide my feedback

The ice cream was good, but not fully mixed together. There was a worker mixing ice cream and his hair was longer and hanging over his face/the marble slab/the ice cream he was mixing. I thought it odd that staff weren't required to wear their hair back. Only one of the three staff members had their hair pulled back. Honestly, that's gross. Hair shedding is a normal thing, but I don't want it falling out into my ice cream because it wasn't pulled back. Seems like a basic step for a food establishment.

The staff here were beyond helpful for a small thing when they didn't even have to! I got confused by the app and ordering for national ice cream day and it submitted without letting me enter the code. One staff member stopped what she was doing to call her manager and get it figured out. Thank you to Kaline for your help!

We LOVE cold stone creamery! Recently I’ve been obsessed with the “Don’t cry over spilled silk” that has an ingredients of Silk® Chocolate Almondmilk Frozen Dessert, Banana, Peanut Butter & Roasted Almonds.
