I've been ordering delivery from this location for the past 2 years. The service has completely gone downhill. They have been filling the containers like 2 inches from the top. On my last order, from last night, I got the almost $20 container, a pint, and a small ice cream delivered. The pint wasn't full either. The last 5 times I've tried to call, no one ever answers the phone, ever. On top of all that, the staff is miserable and have shit attitudes. It's ridiculous and the management is garbage if this is how they're running things. They have lost my continuous business

Cold Stone Creamery was recently visited by me, and I had a wonderful time. The environment is amusing and inviting, which makes it an ideal place for those individuals who want to have a sweet escape. I made a decision to eat their apple pie a la Cold Stone, and it tasted divine—everything from creamy ice cream mixed with pieces of apple pie to Graham cracker crust and caramel all in one. It was just like having homemade apple pie, but with a twist of ice cubes! A friend of mine had chocolate chipper, and it was truly made for chocolate lovers considering how many chocolate chips and fudge were included therein. Besides that, the staff members were friendly as well as offering good food recommendations; this helped improve my overall experience there. That vibrant yet cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for hanging out with friends or relatives alike. Given these creative options that are also tasty too, Cold Stone Creamery has become my go-to dessert joint when I need something rich. I would highly recommend!

Heck yeah they have non dairy ice cream!!! Got one of the fancy blended ones idk what to call it but it was delicious and worth the money. Daughter got “real” ice cream and loved it too. Tons of variety. I thought the kids who were working were perfectly efficient and friendly and I think some people get impatient and fail to see it’s literally 2 teenagers and a line of a dozen people. Whoever is managing maybe needs to hire more people. And if it’s hard to hire, raise wages. The pic is chocolate Silk non dairy with almonds and bananas and peanut butter

Been wanting to try the chocolate there and was very disappointing. I bought 2 clusters, 1 haystack, 1 PB cup, and 2 raspberry caramels. Spent $26. The only good one was the raspberry caramel. Absolutely delicious. The others tastes old. Definitely won't be getting chocolate there again. The guy at the counter wasn't very friendly either.

The worker making the ice cream had his hair down covering his face over the ice cream he was preparing and he was not wearing gloves while preparing the ice cream, then proceeded to mop the floor and then go back behind the counter and prepare more ice cream without washing his hands or putting on gloves.
I accidentally placed the wrong order online, and I called to cancel it and they let me drive there, argue about why I am trying to get it cancelled, and let me stand in the store for 25 minutes before telling me that it could take a few days to refund.

Final visit. The dining area has always been too small but it was especially awkward and uncomfortable when having to sit just a few feet away from a staff that was so dramatically irritated that customers had the nerve to come inside like my family and I unfortunately did. When service is this bad, I won’t make the same mistake again. I only encourage others to scroll through reviews here in the “newest” column to notice a trend at this fallen location.
I visit this Cold Stone every time I’m in town. I am normally really happy with it, however this time was a different story. The customer service was fine. However, the girl picked up the floor mat, shook it, wiped her nose, touched someone’s money, and then proceeded to make my ice cream, even touched the banana that went in my ice cream with bare hands, without washing her hands, no gloves, and no hair net. I found more than three strands of hair in my ice cream. Safe to say, that went in the trash and it was a waste of money. No use in having her make another one if she won’t be wearing gloves or a hair net. I might try another location next time I’m in town.
Not the first time, delicious as always.
Delicious ice cream. A bit in the pricey side but it's really good. If you buy it by the quart the price isn't too bad though. Highly recommended if you're in the mood for something cold and decadent.

Bad service & racist!!
Friendly staff, excellent service
Really good custom service, everything tastes good and the shop was well maintained but overall 5/5.
Delicious dairy free ice cream options!Very friendly, helpful, and polite. Good place to sit back and enjoy ice cream!
Ice Cream was tasty but overpriced. Although my main concern was the bad attitude and overall ineptness of the staff. We will stick to Freezing Moo. Maize Road location
