First we went for breakfast we asked for a table upfront husband prosthetic leg was giving him a time.They walked all the way in the back along the wall. There was plenty of open seating up front considering there was 3 people eating. Menus were given 19 minutes later we got water and decaf coffee. No creamer or straws. Waited 10 more minutes finally got creamers and fresh coffee. When the waitress came to take order it had been almost 30 minutes and I was ready to pay for coffee and go but listened to him and this is how it went. Waited 5 more minutes for silverware. He ordered a bowl which was supposed to have sausage ham potatoes onions peppers cheese and 2 eggs over hard their famous salsa on side toast 14.99. I got the breakfast special which was a 4oz breakfast steak 1 egg scrambled with cheese hash browns over well Xtra crispy and toast. His food had no sausage or ham in the potatoes barely any cheese eggs were over easy never got the salsa and the star of his food was the best butter toast ever but 14.99 for toast well...my steak was a huge piece of grissel and fat my scrambled egg had no cheese and has browns weren't even brown on top. I scooped the eggs and asked for them to be re-done and they put sandwich cheese on top microwave it!!! It was disgusting came back on same plate because the husband ketchup was burned on plate. We asked for the salsa it never came. Now if you want amazing toast this is your place but food sucked. We had horrible service and food. We actually ended up at homegrown and the breakfast was amazing from there. I would never go back to copper oven.

Stopped in for lunch this Sunday. They were busy but still had a few empty seats as we got there around 11:15. My wife had the grilled chicken breast, I had the philly cheese steak sandwich. They were both very good. We will be back and would recommend.

We ordered the spinach quiche which tasted very bitter and old, we sent it back and we ordered two eggs over medium, they came out with the whites running and couldn't eat those. So they brought us another couple of eggs and only one of those was edible. Then I was charged for the spinach quiche that we didn't eat. So we paid about $13 for one egg which wasn't that great. Will not be back. This food here used to be really good and it's not anymore

We have been eating here since about 2005 and it was one of the best places to go for breakfast. Unfortunately NO LONGER. The original owners recently sold to another company in Wichita and things have started to change. We ate there this AM and the food all tasted different! We were told that they changed the medium that they fry their food in, none of it tastes good any longer, at least not like it did, and it was delicious. We won't be going back!
Now open on Mondays! They have an early morning special too! Vetrans discounts! Love the food and atmosphere!
